You put yourself in the same sentence with a man who said, "it's about titles won and big fights, Hopkins 160, 168, and 175."?

And, you want to be part of the BWAA?

, you know in order to do that. You have to know a little something about the sport. Some kind of knowledge. Thinking that B-Hop fought at SMW, shows the lack of knowledge. Which would hurt you in being part of the BWAA.

[QUOTE=jrosales13;11246335]How long after calling out those smaller fighters did B-Hop start fighting those bigger guys. How long has Martinez been calling out smaller fighters?QUOTE] I don't care how long because Hopkins didn't say he would NOT fight bigger guys after calling out smaller ones like Martinez is doing.

Technically one has fought 3 weight-classes while the other has fought 2 weight-classes.

Maybe you should STFU. Because, you not only making yourself look bad. But, also you making Uglyplug or whatever his name is look bad as well. But, then again he deserves the blame for that for putting himself in the same league as you.

HERE is why people are pissed. A number of months ago Martinez said he does not have the frame to fight at 168 (I can get the article!). Then very shortly after that, he called out Pac and Mayweather. THAT is HYPOCRITICAL!!!!!!!! He doesn't mind fighting a guy with clearly a smaller frame, but won't fight one who has a bigger one?????

How long? Why are you comparing someone in their first weight-class? Really technically 2nd because he started at LHW and get this WENT DOWN to MW. To someone who's barely starting to campaign in his 3rd weight-class for a year?

All Martinez has to do to get a lot of people back on his side is to fight a top name at 168-175 and then his calling out Pac and Mayweather won't look so bad. Simple formula. I was a fan, like many others till he said he would only fight a smaller guy, not a bigger one.

You don't eve know what the word hypocritical means.

Now if Martinez was challenging them at MW. Then by all means you would be correct and have a point that he's being hypocritical. However, is he doing that?

What weight-class is he willing to fight him at? I give you a clue is at a weight-class where both those fighters have won titles at?

What's hypocritical is you asking a man who barely moved up a year ago to fight at a weight-class he has never fought in let alone won a title in. Yet criticize wanting to get a money fight but at the same time make it fair where he gets the glory in fighting at a weight where both the stars have not only fought in but won titles in.

What's hypocritical is you saying that Martinez campaign at WW doesn't count because he didn't win a title or had a big fight there yet you giving B-Hop credit at SMW when he never fought there.

What's hypocritical is you criticizing Martinez for calling out smaller guy. Saying well B-Hop should do this. While ignoring that B-Hop started at LHW and then WENT DOWN 2 WEIGHT-CLASSES to campaign at MW.

What's hypocritical is that you saying B-Hop went up 2 weight-classes and fought bigger guys after calling out smaller guys and Martinez should do the same. While ignoring the fact that B-Hop was at MW for over a decade and moved years after calling out smaller guys. While ignoring that Martinez is already in his 3rd weight-class. Already fought bigger guys like Pavlik, and not giving him the time the B-Hop took to move up from MW.

You sir, are the real hypocrite here.

He has already fought bigger guys...You're the clueless one here...You didn't know that Martinez fought at WW. And, you thought B-Hop had a title or big fight at SMW

To top that off, he would have no problem walking into the ring at 165 to fight a 144 pound fighter in Pac. Pathetic.
