Because Tyson was a young vicous animal, who had a very different style to Shavers, plus Holmes was simply not the same fighter he was wen he fought Shavers.

Its not a simple case of power. It takes more than just power to knock people out as u should know.

i remember that from a long time ago, it's amazing that Holmes got up after that let alone getting up that fast, and if i remember right he won that fight,no? i could be wrong about that, i was a little guy then, but either way
you have to have a little something extra special to get up after a shot like that.
