he has enough power, and a work rate to go with it, plus he is short, which some people think is a disadvantage but really it can be turned into an advantage if you have the right game plan.

He also has a very good solid amateur background, and does have skills no doubt. he is a good choice to be honest. I dont understand why your hating here.
