    • This is old and DUMB!!! I think if you are a fan of EXTRA testing you should protest boxing until EVERYBODY does it. Show boxing you mean business every other sport including MMA which is more dangerous than boxing have the same testing top to bottom for everybody in that sport. So, if you don't want ALL boxers to do the EXTRA test than just admit you are a Pacquiao hater and move on.... Write letters to HBO, Showtime, ESPN, WBA, WBC, IBF, WBO, SAC, and etc. etc. and tell them you will not watch or attend ANY fights unless you know the fighters are doing Mayweather style testing and not their own test that their experts and doctors came up with.... If you do that than you are serious about testing and want to "Clean Up" the sport... Short of that you are just a ***** enable and a PAC HATER and not a boxing fan...

      • This Mayweather Klan Is Nothing But Vulgar, Uneducated Thugs From The ******!

Nobody conducts themselves in the manner the Mayweathers do. Their money will sooner than later run out. They'll all end up in jail at some point, and show all of Boxing what gangster low-life thugs they really are. Floyd Sr, crackhead, Uncle Roger the woman beater, Floyd Jr who can't pay his taxes, stay out of gun battles in strip clubs and skating rinks, girlfriend threatening punk, and Jeff a mouthy, vulgar deadbeat with a less than stellar boxing career, gravy training off Floyd's payroll. They will all dismantle at some point, and soon forgotten about. They are quite the embarrassment to the game of Boxing and it's long rich history.

Softer competition? What has Manny been taking since he moved up to 147? Pac still hasn't become the Lineal champ there and he has been fighting more than Floyd. Pac has been using catchweights and catching fighters at their worst and claiming he beat fighters at their official weights for titles but they were catchweights. That's not great AT ALL.

Unlike other Floyd-haters, it wasn't because I thought he was boring (I actually appreciate his skills) but I thought for him to say he was the greatest ever and taking on who he did after his gig in the 130's weight range, it honestly didn't sit well with me. I mean really, greatest ever and he chose not to face a Mosley as a welterweight nor Cotto? I can look past Margarito at least in hindsight. But definitely not the other 2; Baldomir and Judah and Hatton were never the same competition as those 2.
I do not agree that he is the greatest ever. Maybe one of the greatest technical fighters of our era but the greatest? Nah, too inconsistent late in his career to claim that. Floyd chased Oscar and Mosley up to 147. Floyd wanted Shane when Shane was at 135 and Floyd was at 130 but Shane jumped up to fight Oscar. Floyd even wanted to fight Shane after Vargas 2 but Shane said he had to get his tooth fixed and needed time after the 2nd Vargas fight. Schaefer even said that Shane stepped aside for Oscar to fight Floyd. All of this is documented. No way did Floyd duck Mosley back in the day. Didn't happen homie. Check the archives of boxing. Cotto and Margarito? That was an Arum not wanting to get Floyd a De La Hoya fight. Baldomir was the recognized champion at 147 after he beat Judah who was the former Undisputed champion and Floyd fought and beat them both. Wasn't that what he was supposed to do? Floyd told Margarito to keep winning and it would be greater later and what did he do? He lost to Paul Williams right after.

And even before any of this **** began, everyone knew Floyd would want the mental age, no one doubted it a sec. Do I think Floyd will ever fight Pac? I think the closest he will ever get is face Khan but otherwise no. I also think Floyd's legacy requires him beating Pac more than vice versa. I mean Floyd kind of pushed the issue calling himself greatest ever and frankly his last several opponents weren't that great (and one had no business as a welterweight). And while Pac's may not have been the greatest either, I also have to take into account that he doesn't go around saying he's the greatest ever (so yea the bar for being judged goes down a bit) and while Clottey was a boring fight he was the only decent contender around outside Berto. And people have to get it in their heads that Pac is a welterweight and shouldn't campaign any higher. All this talk about Sergio or others like Pwill were silly to begin with.
Floyd Mayweather Jr has no history of stauling big fights while Pac does. Pac has done more mental games then Floyd has when it comes to bargaining at the table which I'm not mad at because when you negotiate you have to go hard BUT Floyd was ready and all he wanted was one demand and Pac couldn't oblige it eventhough he did it for Pac. Door swings both ways. I don't agree with "Floyd needs Pac more" because Floyd semi retired the number 1 fighter in the sport and then came Pac. Manny never beat Floyd. How does Floyd need to beat Pac for his legacy when no one has beaten Floyd yet not even Manny? On top of that. Pac fought guys after Floyd at their worst.

It'd be nice if Floyd just takes a fight and does so without the smoke screen, the psychological warfare and such; people just want to sit back and watch this fight. I don't think, as others called it, a "smokescreen to hype the fight", I think Floyd just doesn't want it. A fight with Pac is the biggest threat for Floyd and I'm 50/50 on who'd win. I think Floyd would have to dig deeper than ever before to win and its something he hasn't done in ages. I think Castillo fight 1 was the last time I saw him really dig deep.
Floyd wanted the fight but Manny didn't and I think that is obvious because Pac went to fight Clottey when he was at the table with Floyd. Honestly I don't see Pac being able to do anything to Floyd in the ring. People keep talking about Pac's power but dude ain't knocking fighters out with one punch. Floyd don't get hit and while Pac is fast. So is Floyd and Floyd has better footwork and is an all around better technical fighter than Pac and that should not be debated. Mosley's old ass was shaking Pac.

All of the racial insults, all of the attacking media over Pac, all of the "Pac has to follow what I say" to get a fight and what not, yea it really makes me question this fight ever materializing. Floyd is a great fighter an such but I don't care to pay for his PPV's in a longtime unless its Pac. Pairing him with fighters to "sell tickets" is getting old, I can see them pairing him with Saul Alvarez even for the money...
I don't agree with the racial rant he went on or disrespecting Manny in that way. I think Floyd should focus all that energy on making the fight. Both these dudes need to stop taking shots and talking crap about each other and make this fight happen. Also, I have been following this from the very beginning and I speak out against Pac because they have not been honest about this whole debate and I'm not going to lie to myself inorder to seem neutral to others. Call me what you want but Bob Arum and the rest of the team have been putting up more road blocks then Floyd has. Fight could have happened a looooong time ago but Arum and Pac had the attitude like they don't need Floyd and left the table only to talk about Floyd constantly when he semi retired and now that he is back it feels like the same cycle.

To: Uncle Jeff Mayweather -- for many years, Floyd Jr., dodged many of the heavy hitters before Manny Pacquaio came into the picture. You say Manny came from being a Flyweight/Batamweight Champion and then grew into a larger fighter. Well ...... did'nt the same thing happen to Floyd? He was a smaller fighter and he grew into a larger frame.

All I can say is that Manny has beaten bigger guys. Floyd has only fought guys smaller and less skills. Manny has fought everyone in his way. He has did everything to just fight guys much bigger than him. Floyd had just did the opposite ......!!!!

Now this drug thing: WE all knew Floyd was going to come with something to avoid fighting Manny. WE all predicted this a couple of years ago. --So this in not new in a person that has a sense of insecurity and some fear ......

Floyd is a great fighter ... but we all know that skills don't last forever. Everyone eventually gets beat. It doesn't matter who you are or how good you are ..... time will come. --- But to be a "man" and face something challenging is being a man! -- Listen to this: All the guys that faced Manny and lost are great men in my mind. They face the adversary even if they lost because they had nothing to fear. They kept their respect!!

Basically, I could not be a Floyd living a lie!!! -- that would eat me alive to the point I would just reach out constantly by being irritated with everyone because I could not live with myself. This is what Floyd is showing pschologically. A sense of insecurity is his consistent outburst and show off type of attitude. --- Trust me.... in the past, watching Floyd for many years ... he has never acted like this in the past .... this Manny thing has gotten the better of him where he acts out in public, against his family, etc. It's so obvious ....

              I rest my peace!

Great Post!!I agree with everything you said, floyd has basically imploded he is scared ****tless of manny that is the plain truth not an opinion its the truth.I was just thinking the same thing all of mannys opponents even if they lost they tried they know what it is to be a MAN, Im with you bro id rather get beat down than to be labled a coward, and despised the world over and embarrass my people and sport the way floyd does.Floyd is pretty irrelevant about now and I cant see people buying any fight of his after his last debacle unless its aginst manny. he just effed himself in the ass even more, i feel sorry for the dude his money cant buy what all these other boxers have earned: respect and dignity, when floyd dies nobody is going to miss him and nobody will attend that funeral other than his closest relatives, but thats what he earned and made for himself. the dude basically almost cant be redeemed at this point , they should just lock him up with the rest of the garbage as he contributes nothing.
