This is very rare of Jeff to go off on some one or defend Floyd. I think he genuinely believes Bert is on Pac's d*ck, and not just choosing his family's side. I think it's his opinion regardless if he was a Mayweather or not.

he's not lying.. everyone is blinded by hate because we don't like what Floyd represents outside the ring.. But inside the ring he is a master at what he does.. You must not know Jeff very well to say that he is a "crackhead". I've met Jeff in person and have spoken to him numerous times, and he's an extremely polite, well educated person. When I went to Las Vegas in August 2009, Jeff told me to call him so I could go by the gym and train.

Jeff chooses to stay out of the spotlight, he's remained completely off 24/7 since the program started, save for the last episode before the Ortiz fight where Floyd mentioned his name regarding what he may have said about Floyd and his father's disagreement.

Just because he's hardly ever in the media as much as the rest of his family doesn't mean he doesn't have his own opinions, and being that Floyd is his family, I believe that he's entitled to speak out when he feels that he needs to say something.
