Have I been debating to a mentally deficient all this time? Your own link showed the evidence that Manny's team offered to take the test on the day of the fight (see 1:45 of the clip) yet you still keep asking for proof? Are you Floyd himself?
You have acknowledged that the commission rejected that same-day offer made by Manny's team. How the f..k would the commission reject something that was never offered?
I'm on to you now. I admit, shame on me, for not realizing that you've been trolling all along. That's ok, cause it won't happen again

"I have problems getting him to take vitamins, and he doesn’t like needles", says Roach. I know it’s out there, and people are saying ‘why wouldn’t he take a blood test, and they think we’re hiding something. He does not react well to having blood taken. He’s weak for three days, afterwards. Some people pass out after blood being taken. Maybe it’s not physical, but it bothers him mentally. We can’t have that five days or three days out from the fight. [With calls for random blood tests from Mayweather right up to the day before the fight]. I don’t want to send my fighter in there feeling weak mentally or physically, so we would not agree to that.”Comment

Left to a meeting with my client and returned and you guys still arguing this. If Pac agreed liek so many claim then ok handle your business and they fight. If its still a cut-off then they wont fight and the tards will blaim Floyd and rhe *****s will blaim Pac. If Floyd says take test and Pac, oh sorry Arum or Konz, come out and say they agreed and floyd says they havent then who do you believe. Floyd has lied and Arum and company have lied. Plus they are already lining up Tim "sir head butt" Bradley for Pac and Khan for Money. Probably already signed to be honest. I dont care who is right or who is wrong i wanna see the fight but i will say i dont see anything wrong with asking for testing. Boxing is a brutal sport and if i was Pac i would be happy hes asking cause then i would know hes clean too.Comment

Here is another dumb ***** who was trying to show that Manny only accepted a 14day cut-off testing and has never made an offer to do it on the day of the fight. This ***** then presented a link to prove his point.
Now this supposedly definitive proof that everyone on nsb can now view, turned out to be a material that provided the exact opposite of his claim. At the 1:45 point in his link, it showed that Manny's team had indeed made an offer to do the test on the day of the fight, but which the NSAC rejected.
At first, this idiot acknowledged that the commission did reject the offer. When this moron realized the ******ity of his position, he then back-tracked and started the usual damage control strategy that *****s resort to when cornered... confuse and muddle the topic of discussion. He even went to the extreme by ignoring or denying the counter proof from his own link.
At the start of this debate, I thought I would finally have a decent discussion of ideas with a worthy opponent. Unfortunately, this guy turned to be another moron.Comment

1. Show me where I say anything about Pac not wanting testing the same day of the fight.
2. In a respectful/classy way, ask Mr. Tatangb45 to log off. Thanks in advance
The idealogy in this place is imprudent.
Everyone saying "Test year round, test year round", don't realize that the only thing stopping the commission from mandating year round testing is funding.
Starting at 3:34 Conte explains how they lack funding for year round OST testing. But he offers a few ideas to rid the lack of funding problem. Whether anyone considers his recommendation is a whole other story.
But one of the problems is "Funding". Also, if we can't get some boxers to take a 2 month test, how will we get them to take a yearly test?
That said, Manny is on record saying that random blood testing will mess up his training and it also makes him weak. If Manny can't train and is weak because of testing, how will he ever adhere to OSDT 365?Mr. Tatang "I can't post a link" b45 strikes again.
You don't understand the following:
1. Pac says he only goes by the commission standards, but yet he agrees to a 30, 24, and 14 day random blood testing cut off... Which one is it, the commission or blood testing cutoff?
2. Pac is on record saying that random blood tests conflict with his training regime and make him weak. Since this is the case regarding Pac, how will he ever adhere to blood testing 365?
3. Victor Conte believe's that blood/urine testing should be 365, yes. But he also knows that at the moment, that is NOT possible for ALL athletes due to the finance difficulties. Therefore, he agrees that until some kind of budget is figured out, Mayweather is doing the next best thing.
Come on man. You know this already.
I'm going to do something here that you refuse to do. I'm going to disagree with you and back up my claim with what? Yes, you guessed it, a link.
0:55 - 2:05. Manny is still going by the rules of the commission only to admit to accepting random blood test with a 14 day cut-off.
Once again, are we going by the testing rules of the commission or are we going by 14 day random blood testing with a cutoff?
