Im not saying ive seen every fight these guys have been in but these are the boxers iv most enjoyed watching,

Barrera (if not just for his faultless dismantling of prince Nas)

    Sugar Ray Leonard ,

Joe Calzaghe, (i no he aint in there yet but he should be)

    Whitaker

Floyd Mayweather, (dont like the man but love watching him fight, a real artist in the ring

and if Calzaghe aint allowed ill say a young RJJ

Oh crap forgot that your one of those Tiger nuthuggers(damn I sound like Ernst Rohm aka Pastrano LOL). on a serious note I never really liked Tiger despite being from my country, I respect him a lot though, still not sure if its him or Nelson that deserves the title for greatest African fighter of all time.

What's not to like about **** Tiger?

Entertaining, skilled, heart, chin, he's got it all.

I would say that Tiger is certainly the greatest African Fighter of all time. No disrespect to Nelson but I think that Tiger has the better resume and is the greater fighter IMO.

He didnt really fight enough different kind of styles - so its hard to place him that high.

I'd say their resumes are pretty even, Nelson is definately the better fighter.

I wouldn't say I dislike him, he just doesn't provoke any emotion in me, I respect him a lot though.

We'll have to agree to disagree on this one.

I don't think you could claim that Tiger was more skilled. Better resume? Yes. Better skills? No.

Agreed, I think its close but clearly Nelson, he was so complete at featherweight. I'd give the Nelson who made Gomez do some matrix shiz, a good chance against any featherweight in history.

Yeah he's a great fighter no doubt. All time great.

That fight was certainly career defining.

Tiger's series with Giradello was pretty amazing though IMO. They really brought the best out of each other but performing the way he did in the fight's he won against a steller elite counterpuncher like Giradello was truley amazing. Amongst many excellent performances.
