Mayweather fans consider Floyd hitting with his elbows and sucker punches as skills.

That sounds good on paper, but then you have to give the names of the people he beat. Have those guys he beat left an indentation in the archives of boxing history?

I am sure a lot of people would think Floyd is a better figher if he beat Pac. But i would say more likely more would think Pac was the greater fighter. Similar to Hearns trounced Duran, but Duran is probably considered the better fighter.

And now is too late to "cement his legacy". May thought of earning rather than succeeding. He managed to earn a lot, yes, and skillwise, its arguable that he could be the better fighter. But these two are not the basis on why you should be considered as the better ATG.

IMO, comparing Pac's to Mayweather's is like comparing Khan's to Tim Bradley's resume and how they choose to fight although the lead might be a lot closer because they are both a lot younger compared to MP and FMJ.

He has beaten quality, top ranked opposition over 5 weight classes. That's a fact.

Duran and Hearns is completely different.

Roberto Duran is a different level to Tommy Hearns in terms of greatness. The fact Hearns beat a past prime Roberto Duran doesn't make him the greater fighter mainly because they are not remotely close in terms of greatness. Unlike Pacquaio and Mayweather.

If Mayweather were to beat Pacquaio, that would not be the reason he is argubally greater. The reason would be his current resume including a win over Pacquaio.

Like I said I genuinely don't care what you have to say. It doesn't bother me at all.

Like I said, as it stands Pac is the greater fighter. It genuinely doesn't bother me what so ever. It's Boxing.

Pac got more votes from that specific group of people so in their opinion he is fighter of the decade.

              Others might think it's Floyd.

Some do, some don't. It's an opinion.

People like me? And what is that? Fan's of Mayweather?

Did I not just say Pac is greater than Mayweather?

My favourite fighter from the 60's is **** Tiger yet I just said that Emile Griffith was the fighter of the 60's.

However, some people think it's Tiger. Others think it's Ortiz. Other's think it's Ali. And that's cool.

It's just an opinion, after all.
Anyway, nobody knows what can happen in the future. What if Floyd becomes like Hopkins? Pac as of now is considering retirement so if Floyd continues to fight, and pursue a better competition then the case might be different.

                Yeah, that's true.

This conversation will be alot easier when they retire. As of right now we don't know what the future holds.

I voted Manny. I think he ranks greater but I do think Floyd beats him.
