This is an outright lie, the ref did resume the fight. There was nothing "cheap" about the shot, it's Ortiz's fault for throwing the headbutt that started the whole thing, and it's Ortiz's fault that he wasn't ready to fight after it was resumed. If you're mad at the outcome, all blame should go to Ortiz.
