floyd knocked him out when he knew victor wasn't expecting it...alot of people keep talking about how this is boxing and you should keep your hands up at all times, well floyd voluntarily walked over to victor raised both arms to victors head, pulled him in and said something, next thing he 2 peiced him and knocked him out....that is a cheap shot

victor wasn't the only one who had his hands down, floyd did too

floyd walked over to victor and THEN he raised them once they both were face to face and it seemed like they both said something and then as victor was talking a step back to continue the fight floyd just 2 pieced him

Absolutely a cheap shot, but I consider it legal and Ortiz had it comming after the Headbutt. All three people in the ring did wrong.

Ortiz has nobody to blame but himself, keep in mind I was rooting for him, but the guy acted like a total idiot. He had already apologized once and Floyd tapped his glove, then Cortez tells them to fight, and Ortiz runs up to him again and says sorry again with his guard down. Floyd's instincts were to punch this kid, I don't see anything cheap about punching somebody while they're suppose to be fighting.
