He already knows that Pac's real reason is that he's superstitious and doesn't want to be reminded of the first Morales fight where the WBC lost his test results. So Pac had to take a blood test 1 day before the fight...which he passed...but lost the fight.
LeadUppercut is a whiny lil b1tch and he knows it!!! That's why he consistently writes phony lists HATING ON PACQUIAO!!!

No clean athlete would have attempted to peddle those absurd excuses.
The only reason why you would need more than one excuse is because none of them are genuine.
And now..... USADA are corrupt ?
Pac is a steroid cheat, and his fanboys are pig-ignorant idiots.
anybody with common sense, will agree or at least be skeptical. Funny how floyd's reason for asking for additional testing has never once changed. How many excuses are we gonna continue to hear from team pacquiao. All i need to know is this, he's willing to accept a deal he turned down 2 years ago. WOW i fast downs a man's pride go down the drain. Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles can see this man is guilty of something. And if i was mayweather, i would be concerned with him training in the Philippines. Especially when his promoter expressed that he wasn't worried about the USADA doing the testing because they can't do it in the Philippines. BIG RED FLAG.

UNHEARD OF !!
BTW, I am quoting the commentators here.....
In the 3 months between Marquez and Diaz, Pacquiao went from looking "faded" like he had "been in too many wars", to looking "revitalised". The turnaround left the commentator "astonished".
In my opinion, definitely EPO, or an EPO based derivative.
In recorded history, only one fighter has EVER exceeded Manny's weight gain..... WELL GUESS WHAT?..... That fighter only exceeded Manny by 1lb, he ended up at heavyweight, and he used steroids.
UNHEARD OF !!
Add to that the fact that Pacquiao has manufactured 8 different ridiculous excuses, and would seemingly rather have one of his toes cut off than submit to random blood testing, pretty much gives it away.
And..... USADA are suddenly corrupt ?
That confirmed it for me.
Here is why I find you *******s nothing but dishonest little phags.....
You all whole-heartedly endorse Manny's "lawsuit" against Mayweather.
DUDE, the information that I have outlined in this post FAR outweighs the information regarding Mayweather's comments toward Pacquiao, and if Pac had taken the HARMLESS test it would have rendered the lawsuit invalid, it would have DESTROYED the steroid allegations, Manny would make a fortune, and he would get the opportunity to punch Mayweathers face in.
But nope, Pacquiao will not do that, and common-sense dictates that there would need to be one-hell-of-a-good reason why not.
He is definitely hiding something, thats for sure.
THERE ARE FAR MORE VALID ARGUMENTS TO JUSTIFY MAYWEATHER'S OSDT REQUEST, THAN THERE IS TO JUSTIFY PACQUIAO'S LAWSUIT.

Lest we forget though, pac needs to get his finances in order before he can consider a mayweather fight.

Here is the thing.....
Within the legal system in my country, we have a thing called depositions (dont ask me how I know this)..... they have a similar thing in the US.
It determines whether the accused has a legitimate case to answer to.
NOTE: During depositions, the prosecution does NOT need to prove guilt, just that there is enough evidence to warrant further investigation/prosecution.
Well, I submit to every reasonable human being on the face of the planet earth that the information that you replied to warrants further investigation.
It DOES NOT prove that Pacquiao is guilty, but it sure as *** provides enough justification to require him to undertake a harmless blood test.
And it sure as hell carries a lot more weight that Pacquiao's pathetic, completely unnecessary, "lawsuit".
Pac-phags are idiots for expecting genuine boxing fans to use the "believe" system, instead of the "testing" system.
Fkn morons
