That's the **** I've been saying on here for the longest but people stay getting it twisted like it is something wrong with asking another fighter/athlete to take a blood test to fight? Floyd is asking Manny to take a test to fight him. How is Floyd scared? It's baffling how ****** and fanny people can be. I would think Pac is scared if the dude who performs on an elite level would be hesitant to give blood or makes so many excuses and demands on how it is administered.

Mayweather is a master of tactics. He has, recently, for the first time admitted that "anything can happen on a Saturday night" which is what I think is his first rationalization that he could be beat. He wants every advantage he can get on pacquiao, be it gloves, psychological, ring size, weight, TV rights - you name it.

pacman been training in the philippines since 2 years ago... when the US imposes heavier taxes for overstaying. besides, WADA can appoint a neutral but affiliated testing agency to conduct the test here in the philippines.
who's the self respecting champion who would be dictated upon by an @$$*** where to train? other fighters did not require pacman much...therefore floyd making much drug stipulations beyond what is required by governing bodies...point to only one thing...FLOYD IS SCARED.

Floyd is more scared of Pac and khan then a lawsuit. He keeps mentioning Pac, PEDS and tests in the same sentence so he obviously isnt scared of a fine or jailtime.
Fighting Pac is much more scarier for floyd.
