I can only go by what i hear him say. I've heard reports from sources including arum that he's willing to take unlimited testing throughout, but yet i havent heard it from Manny. They lied about what the actual cut off date was when they rejected it. To make matters worse , after the negotiations failed Mayweather agreed to fight Mosley, and a proven steroid user, agreed to take the same test Pacquiao rejected.

I like Manny Pacquiao. He's one of the most exciting fighters ever and seems like a great guy BUT LOOK AT THE SIZE OF HIS HEAD NOW. THEN LOOK AT THE SIZE OF HIS HEAD 3 OR 4 YEARS AGO. Well, now that you put it that way, i've also heard from sources that as early as december 2009, team mayweather had no intention of putting this fight together. Do you not know that if they had no intention from the start, of course they would agree to all the "ridiculous" demands (which aren't ridiculous at all), because they already had an excuse to fall back on.

Twisting words - he did not outright refuse the blood test - he asked for a 24 day cut off. You think mayweather really honestly believes pac is on peds? If he honestly believed it, why would he even accept a 14 day cut off? (which he has subsequently moved to 0 after pac agreed to 14)

Do not also forget the 2nd round of negotiations, when they claimed there were no negotiations when, in fact, there were.

DUDE, the information that I have outlined in this post FAR outweighs the information regarding Mayweather's comments toward Pacquiao, and if Pac had taken the HARMLESS test it would have rendered the lawsuit invalid, it would have DESTROYED the steroid allegations, Manny would make a fortune, and he would get the opportunity to punch Mayweathers face in.

But nope, Pacquiao will not do that, and common-sense dictates that there would need to be one-hell-of-a-good reason why not.
