That's the **** I've been saying on here for the longest but people stay getting it twisted like it is something wrong with asking another fighter/athlete to take a blood test to fight? Floyd is asking Manny to take a test to fight him. How is Floyd scared? It's baffling how ****** and fanny people can be. I would think Pac is scared if the dude who performs on an elite level would be hesitant to give blood or makes so many excuses and demands on how it is administered.

Pac says, "I hope we get the fight done soon. Let's get it on!'
Floyd says, "take the test!"

Floyd is more scared of Pac and khan then a lawsuit. He keeps mentioning Pac, PEDS and tests in the same sentence so he obviously isnt scared of a fine or jailtime.
Fighting Pac is much more scarier for floyd.

Floyd is basically admitting how good Pacquiao is in this video. In short, he's scared. Now, we normal people know damn well that Pacquiao is clean as a whistle. It's almost impossible to believe that a high-profile boxer would take risk in getting caught in a high-profile event. We also know that Pacquiao is on video saying he will take the test. Yet Floyd and his fanboys keep ignoring that video.

So if I were you people I would stop asking this overrated boxer about Pac. He's scared. He won't even think of starting a negotiation let alone fight Pac.

ped's, if ever there is, will not help fine-tune a fighter's style...skill is innate in a fighter...no amount of drugs can make a fighter a champion so chicken floyd should stop making drug testing as an excuse...pac has already agreed to be tested...and in an interview, pac said he is willing to undergo the procedure just to go on the fight but chicken floyd and his equally-scared handlers were trembling with fear...

this is true but it is old. paci is on something or he wouldnt be asking to be tested in the another country beside the united states.

Pac isnt afraid of needles ; people are ****** to believe he got temporary tatoos ??? He doesnt like it by the fact that, Mayweather want to rule the world at his own. Floyd like to play in opponent's head to win the mental fight.

Pacman is a gym workaholic with a spotless ethic. He doesnt like the fact he could be disturb anytime, and even worst couples of hours before the fight. Everybody knows that if Floyd ask OST, its because he has contacts to make Pacquiao's training camp upside down.

Other fact is, Floyd doesnt like the success of Pacquiao, a friendly face, gentleman, someone who share with his country for a better world. Lots of boxing fans hate Floyd because he's arrogant, he like to maximize his value which is a fake illusion of a great career. Top PPVs ? Yes, ok. Who can afford to pay PPV ? Mostly Americans and we are over 300 Millions ? Compare to Pacquiao PPV's is not realistic cause he's from the Philippines, where people cant affort home PPV's compares to Americans. Manny start with a strike right away.

Since when a non-american boxer need to be tested ? Where the cheaters cought in the past years come from ? Oh right, America. Fact is, Floyd wants to look like a good guy, which he's not. When the camera's off, he's the most arrogant, childish athlete. Burning money in a club (wth?), lawsuits, beating, income taxes not paid. Example for our society ? Well...

Bottom lines, this big circus around drug testing is, only beacause Mayweather know Pacquiao doesnt like it. This is the only way to play in Pacquiao's head before a "possible" fight. King Floyd wanted to rules the first fight negociations, which need to dancers to dance. Nobody's conceded so that fail.

All the dramas gives hype to a mega fight, and most attention give more interest. 2 years now, which start with 24 days cut-off, to 14 days cut-off, and now what again ? No cut-off PLUS OST ? What else after that ? Gloves ? Shoes ? No training in the Philippines ?????? The son start to be like the dad. Remember when Floyd SR trained Hatton. "Easy fight for Hatton, Pacquiao will be KO'ed". What happen? When Hatton saw the canvas the 3rd time, seeing birds all around his head, Floyd Sr was far, far away somewhere at Caesar's Palace...

Just a big circus, this is what it is !
