Ortiz has a very good chance & you will see it.

In the Berto fight did Ortiz have to endure several draining media days?

Did Ortiz have tons of camera's in his gym contantly?

Did he have this amount of spotlight on him with people watching his every move?

      The media all over him?

Was the stage this big or was it just one of his normal fights?

      It's really not the same.
Listen, I'm not doing this with you, your not going to tell me what I mean. I mean how he's viewed as the underdog. The situation with him being overlooked, looked past. Your taking my phrase & turning it into something that you precieve. I'm talking about the media & all that other crap. Nor the stage. I'm talking about how he's percieved. Like it's a foregone conclusion that he loses. Not the media, or the opponents physically. If you can't understand that, leave my tread alone, thanks.

So by 'It's the same as the Berto fight' all you mean is he's the underdog and is supposed to lose?

Is that supposed to be uncommon?

Well guess what? The exact same thing applied for Mosley when he fought Margarito and Hatton when he fought Kosta Tszyu and when both of them fought Mayweather and many of his other opponents.

That's how a counter-punchers stance should be. Also, he didn't have to be mobile against Mosley. Mosley doesn't fight well moving backward, so Mayweather's game plan was to walk him down and set traps. Could you imagine him with his feet in a closer stance in that second round? He'd have sat on the canvas.

Was Lamont Peterson less mobile when he fought Ortiz since his stance was wider?

What is your observation that makes you think Floyd's legs are gone? Is it the Mosley fight? One fight? Who's to say that after Floyd got caught by Shane he then realized that the safest place for him to fight was inside of Mosleys punching range? A place where he was still comfortsble and Mosley couldn't lunge in with or sit down on his punches. I believe it was simply an adjustment that Floyd made, and his legs are fine. So we have two different scenarios as to the condition of Floyd's legs. Either could be true, but given Floyds athletic ability I would need to see him put in a situation where he needed to move in order to determine if his legs were not there any longer.

This got me slightly more hyped for the fight. I want to see how floyd will react to a big shot from ortiz.

I said well before the fight that Floyd's plan would be to walk Shane down. That was the plan from the get-go. So I don't think Floyd realized this after getting hit--he started backing up Shane from round one.

My reason for Floyd's legs slowing down isn't just that fight--it's been going on since Baldomir. Floyd's legs have gotten slower and slower with each fight since. And he's relying on his strength more and more. those two things are a natural progression (or regression) with fighters as they age. Not to worry, his legs will be tested this fight and you'll have your answer as to how much they have left.

The Floyd legs are gone **** is overblown.

Which is funny because all I hear and see is all Floyd does is run.

Another thing everybody talks about that 2nd round with Mosley 2 bog shots but nobody speaks about how Floyd got his self together and started walking Mosley down the rest of the round.

We'll see. This fight could be very similar to Mayweather vs Gatti (R.I.P.)
