WADA is the cover body. They don't do testing, but they can be involved as supervisors, if it were necessary.

I'm a little surprised Arum wants NSAC as supervisors for the testing.Because I don't think they can as much as supervise outside of Nevada's borders, and Philippines are an ocean away. Could be wrong though.

I hear you. I just find it hilarious for Arum to sprout off at the mouth questioning the trust of USADA. Its literally hilarious.

This is what Arum said, "The testing would have to be done by WADA, which means when Manny trains in the Philippines, whoever they use in Asia to do the testing would do it," Arum said. "When Manny is training in the United States, they would use USADA. WADA gets the agency to supervise the testing in the Philippines. But the point is, it all has to be done under the overall authority of the boxing commission wherever you have the fight."

Meaning WADA doesn't do the test themselves they'll just supervise, and Arum didn't say it's gonna be PSC(Philippine Sports Commission) either, meaning it could be the agency from China, the same agency who did the drug tests for the Beijing Olympics, it's nearer and within Asia, and it's gonna be unbiased..... BUT i very much doubt PSC will risk concealing evidence of drug use just for one man, if ever they are commissioned to do the test under close observation from WADA, if found guilty will loose credibility, license and being a goverment funded facility will even taint a bad light on the entire nation.

Sounds real familiar. Anyways, why has Arum questioned the credibility of USADA?

I believe it was because of Floyd's close business involvement with USADA's CEO Travis Tygart. Now of course, OSDT in boxing is contractual atm anyway. There is no cover body or organisation doing random OSDT's for boxers.

Ross Greenburg: Both times, the fight was very close to being made. And, the second time around, you know, all that I can say is that you would have to ask Floyd Mayweather why the fight wasn't made. To this day, I really don't know why Floyd decided that he didn't want the fight any more in the fall.

To this day, I don't know why he wanted to take some more time off. Only Floyd has that answer. I certainly don't have that answer. But, you know, it was very close. It was so, so, close. I think that it was so close that I don't think that it's going to take much to make the fight the third time around.
This link leaves more questions unanswered than answered.
