Nope, you FAILED!!! Koncs clearly stated, "ON ONE OF THE FIGHTS we offered 14days yada yada yada", meaning he was referring to the second failed negotiation where in 14 days where offered as a cut-off date prior to the fight, but Manny and Arum already stated in some of their interviews that OST is no longer an issue.

The interviewer failed to ask the right question, he asked for Manny's opinion if he is opposed to the testing Floyd is requiring him to do, instead of just asking him, "will you do unlimited random OST so that you can kick Floyd's ass once and for all?", see, it has to be the right question for you to get the right answer....

Dude here we go again... Boxing is a global sport... GET IT? G-L-O-B-A-L... Meaning to say if better testing is the agenda then it should be world wide not just in the U.S.... USADA is not a GLOBAL testing agency... If a fighter from another country does not want to train in the U.S.... Should he be forced to? Manny will get tested by USADA when he is within their jurisdiction.. Should the UNITED STATES anti doping agency be changed to the WORLD wide anti doping agency for the betterment of the sport? I think not. If testing were to catch on in a global sport, you cant have every single fighter from around the world train in the US under US ADA just because a particular fighter thinks it is what is better..

Is it me, or does it seem as if the *****'s who are calling arum and Pac liars seem to be the ones who hope this fight doesnt come off. Instead of applauding the fact that Pac is willing to take the tests in order to get the fight done, they'd rather stay negative and secretly hope this isnt the case. They'd rather Floyd win the PR battle than get in the ring with Pac. Like i've stated numerous times.....they only want what Floyd wants. If Floyd doesnt want to fight Pac, then neither do they want Floyd to fight Pac. Pac and Arum said the testing is no longer an issue. Ball is now in Floyd's court! Somehow I see Floyd coming up with a new demand/excuse and the same *****s will agree with everything Floyd says. Its pathetic.

I was surprise of *****s responses but what can we do? So, it's clear now that they don't want the fight to happen at all. Oh well, boxing fans including some few ******s should be happy that the fight might happen. For now there's a 50% probability the fight might take place.

Their excuses are a reflection of Floyd... The reason it seems they don't want the fight to happen is because they mirror Floyd who doesn't really want the fight to happen.

WADA is the cover body. They don't do testing, but they can be involved as supervisors, if it were necessary.

I'm a little surprised Arum wants NSAC as supervisors for the testing.Because I don't think they can as much as supervise outside of Nevada's borders, and Philippines are an ocean away. Could be wrong though.

Don't worry about him or dazed. They're both a mess. When Floyd was ok with 14 days, they were ok with 14 days. When Floyd said 14 days wasn't good enough, 14 days wasn't good enough either. Even better, when this whole thing first started, they basically claimed Manny was afraid of WADA.

To this day, I really don't know why Floyd decided that he didn't want the fight any more in the fall.

Today, Bob Arum, Pacquiao's promoter, said the drug-testing issue shouldn't be one. He said last week that his side "will accede to these tests, " with no timeline limits, and allow the United States Anti-Doping Agency to conduct them, as long as results are shared immediately with the regulatory authority overseeing the fight.

In the event the fight would land in Nevada -- which is a much safer bet than it actually happening -- that would give the Nevada State Athletic Commission quick access to test results.

"The athletic commission has to supervise and the reports have to go to the athletic commission, because otherwise, you've got this testing group that's functioning outside of the regulatory scheme of boxing, " Arum said.
