I wasn't rioting. I picked up a smokebomb, a small party sized smokebomb that you buy from a shop, manufactured for used in crowded spaces, it was encased in a plastic kinder egg sized shell and I threw it and got lifted for that.
This was at a demonstration and this charge is pathetic. One guy got 10 months for shaking his fist and shouting kill the bill under this charge.
Its a 1-5 years sentence you can get for it.
No further comment.
Its pathetic how they're doing this to legit protest.
