hearns had the hotrod back in the day..nobody has answers for these questions? This is a boxing site, right?
What is the maximum weight difference in the pros allowed between two fighters fighting in the 147lb division on the day of the weigh-in?
What featherweight holds the ibf record for most title defenses at that weight?
What great fighter used to call his right hand "the hot rod"?
How many corner men are allowed on the apron in between rounds in an amatuer bout?
In a furious exchange in the last few seconds of the round fighter a nails fighter b in the jaw as the bell rings. Fighter b falls to the canvas. What does a referee do at that point?
What length of gauze are you allowed to use on a hand in an amatuer bout.
How much tape may you use over the knucles for an amatuer bout? And for a pro bout?
These are just off the top of my head, come on you guys....rockin'
Bandages 15'... I think....
Not sure about the rest....Comment

I tried...lolNobody has answers for these questions? This is a boxing site, right?
What is the maximum weight difference in the pros allowed between two fighters fighting in the 147lb division on the day of the weigh-in?
6.9lbs (6lbs 15oz) 140.1-147lbs is considered a Welterweight match
What Featherweight holds the IBF record for most title defenses at that weight?
No Clue! lol
What great fighter used to call his right hand "The Hot Rod"?
I got Nothing..lol
How many corner men are allowed on the apron in between rounds in an amatuer bout?
I'm pretty sure it's 2
In a furious exchange in the last few seconds of the round fighter A nails fighter B in the jaw as the bell rings. Fighter B falls to the canvas. What does a referee do at that point?
Referee sends fighter A to neutral corner and gives a standing 8 count to fighter B, if Fighter B is allowed to continue he directs each to his corner.
What length of gauze are you allowed to use on a hand in an amatuer bout.
2"x180" I think
How much tape may you use over the knucles for an amatuer bout? And for a pro bout?
Neither can have tape over the knuckles, it's against the rules
These are just off the top of my head, come on you guys....Rockin'

Very true..when I was growing up in California I went ot a boxing club in a small town and was working at it for a while and the guy was so inexperienced for training like he wanted us to compete without sparring and I'm like what? Then I just stopped going there and continued playing Football...(American Football not soccer). Once I got here to Edmoton and my kid was born I went back to boxing for 1. The love of it 2. To be healthy 3. to not be as stressed and 4. The atmosphere. I learned so much more here than I did back home and back home in my town there was the only one option.Comment

Knowledge comes from experience. You're talking about stuff that you can learn on tv or from books. Most people IN the game would have no trouble answering most of these questions.....Rockin'

Maybe it's just me, but I don't get this video...I just watched a funny video and remembered that same stuff happened in my gym when we were kids. Our coach used to be full-time police man, he was 9 years away from being ranked as General, so in the middle of training he got called in and had to go home to grab papers on turn them in to the office fast, so he left us for 40 minutes. Oldest guy in the gym was like 18 and youngest was me and other kids at age 11.
And all the sudden so called gangs came in our gym and 3 of them tried to pick on our dude who was the oldest. in the result, all gym of kids beat those 3 ****.
here's a video I was watching just now. ( the guy in white with his friend came to say that they know everything and they run the district)) simple fools
https://<iframe src="http://vk.com/v...="0"></iframe>
also there are tons of good stories as well as in the gym during trainings, as well as during the tournaments and outside live when we were going to different cities to compete. there were fights all the time)
I mean get your story and all (and how it relates to the video), but I just don't see the need for some of the things in the video.
Examples: Smashing the guy (in white), then taking it to the extreme. Or the need to punish the guy in blue, and his friend trying to get in on it...
I don't know, maybe I have just gotten soft over the years.
