yeah, try to rewatch the part where zaveck goes back to his corner, the cameras zoom in and gets a perfect shot of the cut. i tried to upload some pics of it, but they got taken down. i do agree with you though, they should've given him the 6th round, see how things go. i guess they were inexperienced cutmen or something, idk, but that cut would've gotten worse for sure. i really want to see a rematch, i think zaveck would've had a decent shot of winning, berto seemed to show some stamina issues towards the fifth round.

LOL, when has Berto given a rematch in a competitive fight he had? Probably have a better chance at seeing a Freddy Hernandez rematch. If this was Floyd, we'd probably get a rematch. Floyd rematched Castillo when the first fight left a bad taste for the fans.

I was really enjoying this fight and am still very curious about what the second half would be like. Berto was only one round ahead and Zaveck was fighting according to plan. Give Berto credit, he layed in the power shots that caused the cuts. Mind you, if Zaveck had Robert Garcia in his corner, the fight wouldn't have been stopped.

awesome bro, that's the same exact pic i tried uploading, but it got taken down. i honestly can't picture berto's uppercuts making that cut, or even how a cutmen can try and stop it from opening up more.

haha, very true, it's a shame too cause those probably were his most entertaining fights. seems like the only rematch he wants to make is ortiz, for obvious reasons. i really think he should consider a zaveck rematch, or maybe ortiz should say no berto rematch until he fights collazo again, haha (since collazo and ortiz are friends).
