Zaveck before and after the 5th round

Check both gifs.

I dont understand why people are using the second gif as an expalanation of the cuts/swelling......if you look at the second gif, you see Berto 's head go towards Zaveks left eye (as we look at it)...but Zavek squints his right eye...even though Berto's head didnt go near that eye.......
