Even if Valuev didn't hit the poor man, he grabbed him by the neck and shaked the 61 year old man's frail body. Valuev's lucky he was merely fined. If the old man was my father I'd bring Valuev to court. That was a very irresponsible act.
Buddy, Valuev shouldve killed the guy, wouldve been less headaches. In Russia we still do things right, lol @ court. Walk into a police station and say that in Russia that you wanna take some guy to court cuz he was being mean to your dad, you would get your ass beat twice as badly.

What kind of wimp are you? You the type of guy who would rob a house and sue the home owner when he kicks your ass

fight will be dull, but bring it on
      Klits running out of opponents
Valuev one of the few unowned names left for them
will be worth it if Vit scores a KD or KO
seeing that bigass dude hit the floor would be spectacular

Valuev has never been involved in any kind of scandal that boxers seem to delight in, and I'm sure knows very well, as all boxers do, that a boxers fists are regarded as deadly weapons by the Law, like a bludgeon or a knife. So he wouldn't have hit him anyway, not being like the macho guys who don't care if they appear in court or have their names in the news.

You Gtfo, I'm not talking to you, you idiot. My point is that Valuev is not the decent person who has never harmed anyone BS as one poster said. I don't care how you do things in Russia, different countries will naturally handle it differently, in mine I'd just put a bullet in the head of the a$$hole who messes around with my dad.

Anyway this is already way out of topic.

        So BTT

Vitali should fight this bully and easily knock him out.

I don't believe that the man knew that Valuev was around because if he had, he'd certainly have to have been crazy to do anything but bow to the lady. Logic tells me that he was bullying Valuev's wife, and he suddenly came along and got between them. perhaps doing that cause a little push, but the guy was NOT harmed, he said he was intimidated.

It was HE who pressed the charge, to try to get money out of it, so the police had to act on it. If Valuev had pressed the charge they'd have had to have charged the guy. But he wouldn't want to get into that sort of mess. I know it as well as I'm writing this post.

I wonder did the guy get anything out of it? Can't remember.

As I said elsewhere, if the 61 year old man had known that this tiny woman was accompanied by a 7 ft giant he wouldn't have laid a finger on her. Obviously he hadn't seen Valuev who must have been slightly delayed by something and was coming along behind his wife. Happens ALL the time to you and me and others too.

Dat - I see the basic concept of what you're getting at, but I would bet my left nut that valuev is the furthest thing from a bully. . . it's out of topic, but why not discuss it - nothing wrong with that. All of this probably happened instantaneously, and Valuev just did what any husband would do if he saw another man laying his hands on his wife (size and age notwithstanding) - he reacted, that's all. lol valuev is a POET for christ sake! He's bloody Shakespearean!

But I agree 100% - bullies deserve to get that ass taxed, and I enjoy seeing it happen. Lol but I want to see Valuev possibly get KO'd for the love and beauty of my BELOVED boxing, and because Im a huge Klitschko fan. Don't wanna see him hurt, just wanna see if Vitali can be the first to KO the big fella!

Lol, before the civil courts become anti-plaintiff (in regards tortfeasors), cases like this were commonplace. People trespassing, robbing, vandalizing, stealing, and the courts found that the owner owed THEM A DUTY! But after the mid 90's, the courts put the kibosh on it.

Yeah man thanks, I guess I'm a bit too harsh on the big fella. Anyway it's best if I just stick with the topic, at the end of the day we are all just boxing fans maybe with different views but who all love the sport. Honestly I don't really wanna see him seriously hurt either, but you know Vitali when he punches it's always with bad intentions and sooner or later I think Valuev will come crashing down.
