That's the way I saw it. Floyd just started going wild for some reason. It looked like he might have been just waiting for something to blow up at. Easy to see why he's having all the legal problems, dude looks like he'd pull out a knife if you gave him the wrong ranch dressing.

Floyd Jr was wrong. He should have shut up.

But when have you EVER seen Senior saying "I need to change. I made some mistakes. I alienated my son"?

I would NEVER do what PBF did. But Senior is a grown man who has spent a lifetime supposedly coaching and mentoring young men. You mean to tell me that you have gained ZERO insight into the mentality of a young boxer? Really?

          1) Floyd shouldn't be friends with Ellerbe because Ellerbe is a **** and how are you gonna put a **** in front of your daddy?

          2) Floyd shouldn't use Roger as a trainer because I'm your daddy and how are you gonna choose your uncle over your daddy?

          3) Floyd shouldn't be lifelong friends and loyal to 50 Cent because how are you gonna put some rapper in front of your daddy?

          4) Roach shouldn't be in the Hall of Fame because I'm the greatest trainer and how are you gonna ...

Dude. Build a f8cking bridge and get over it. Accept your lot in life. Accept your position in life. PYP.

Disclaimer: Floyd , Jr was wrong for his verbal attack and should have shut up and walked away.
          good post........

Fine in the "I'm comfortable with myself, I don't need to be a media whore" sense.

Truly for most IMO its not even the "I hate PBF blinders." Too many people put their relationship with they own father in that argument and are passing judgement based off that. Which is not right to me. If people can't see that that arguement and what was said goes way deeper than what actually started the argument then I don't what to tell them.

Absolutely. Stevie Wonder could see that.

                    Truth.

And people are quick to be like "no matter what, you don't talk to your father that way".

GFTO. There are absolutely situations that call for it. You don't have to love and respect your dad, or even PRETEND to love and respect your dad, if the man has been a piece of **** to you and your mother for your entire lives.

I despise my father for things he did to my mother when I was a child. And I'll be damned if I sugar coat it, and tip toe around the issues I have with the man, just because he got my mom pregnant.
