      Question:

Why is it that Floyd has never had a blow-up or contentious relationship with Roger?

Ask yourself that, and please offer a response.

Because Roger doesn't feel threatened by Floyd's success. In short, he knows his place.

Snr. wants a piece of the limelight.

Roger is no less profane, right? No less dismissive of opponents, right? No less "crackhead-ish", right?

So , to your point, the difference is that Roger isn't always claiming the credit for Floyd's success.

People are forgetting that relationships are TWO WAY streets, Senior has done a lot of foul ish. A LOT.

If you don't think that Junior is hurt by "If Oscar pays the right money, I'll show him how to beat my son", then you are crazy.

But , with that, Floyd still needed to suck up that pain and take the high road.

Don't you think that Romello Skuggs felt deep pain at seeing how his father was? But he still brought him soup and made his dental appointments.

The real underlying issue is betwen Roger and Floyd Sr. Thats the jist of where that started and finished. Sr wants to train Floyd and be the reason for all his sucess; he said it during the deLa Hoya build up he should be the one to train his son. Cause for second think his son thinks he's a **** trainer or fighter. He knows his father taught most of what he knows. But with both of there massive egos you expect whole Roger is training him for a big fight and in front of Roger for him to say my dad is a better trainer(which is true). Did anybody ever think how disrespectful that was to Roger in the middle of there training camp in there gym. But Roger lets it go over his head but Floyd Jr likes to be combative. I think if they was at home it wouldn't have blown up the way it did; but in a competive situation like at a gym after training when your adrenaline is still pumping with those egoes you got a explosion of two very prideful people.

i think ppl just ignore the issue here. has nothing to do with that isolated argument and ppl who simplify it as jr just going off on sr for no reason have no idea what they are talking about.

"how are you gonna train someone when your locked up"- jr.

that says it all to me. it was the first truly contentious thing floyd spouted and argument escalated after that. ppl are blind to the truth when they try to portray themselves as being better than someone. but i guarantee u some of these same ppl dont have the peace and peachy relationships with their family that they portray online. in fact, most dont. thats life. i refuse to be shocked and suprised and disgusted about something in someone elses family life when ive been thru similar ****.

You saw how Ray Nathan felt. Everybody is different and handle situations differently. I personally can see why and how both brothers dealt with they father in the manner that they did.

When things are that emotionally charged its easier for people to say such and such should have walked away. Really when looking at the whole situation the fact that no blows were thrown is a plus because the situation was that volatile.

In title that is PBF father but in PBF mind and heart he don't look at him with the love and respect a son has for a good father. People are choosing not to see it that way for what reason they choose.

I think it's safe to say that neither Floyd nor Pac can do no wrong and just move on.

No negative can be said about the two. Because, quite frankly they can't do no wrong.
