And those are also the issues that Junior has with Sr. PBF has said it multiple times in the media, and on 24/7's.

Exactly. And he's just supposed to be all respectful to the man he's grown to hate, for issues that we know very little about, according to some idiots on this site.

So Sr. is trying to make everything OK?

      Too-Fucking-Late.

Get the fuck out my gym, mother fucker. LOL

But when have you EVER seen Senior saying "I need to change. I made some mistakes. I alienated my son"?

I would NEVER do what PBF did. But Senior is a grown man who has spent a lifetime supposedly coaching and mentoring young men. You mean to tell me that you have gained ZERO insight into the mentality of a young boxer? Really?
Oh, he has a lot of insight, I think Sr. only said that Jr. needs a "reality check" so that he'll go back to his daddy and ask for his forgiveness. Sr. is just waiting in the wings to comfort Jr. and show him that he is truly there for him. It is a chance for him to gain respect of his son and make up for lost time.

If you and your dad have a great relationship, then your opinion don't matter.

I don't feel from what I have seen and read that PBF "despises" his father. But you can tell he has a serious dislike about certain things when it comes to his father and some of things his father says. Which is why he goes off on his father. Until those issues are truly dealt with that relationship will always be "break ups to make ups"

GFTO. There are absolutely situations that call for it. You don't have to love and respect your dad, or even PRETEND to love and respect your dad, if the man has been a piece of **** to you and your mother for your entire lives.

Why not? I have a great relationship with my dad but believe me, we have had some VERY rocky roads. Some that occurred right before I got married in 2010. Where my old dude said that when he seen me he was going to beat me up like I was some person on the street (and he's a former boxer, might I add).

You can never get time back that is lost. People can only reconcile and move forward with no animosity over the past. See the bold is the problem and why things will never be right between them. Sr. needs to realize PBF never asked to be born to him. Sr needs to get real and find out what it is about him that makes his son go on him like that. PBF doesn't owe Sr a damn thing.

Right, until this happens, those issues will continue to occur. No matter how many times they "make up".
