The post was correct Pacquiao did have to take a test the day of the fight and he said he felt like it made him week... To off-set that he said he'll piss everyday and give hair samples and take a blood test up to 20 days before and right after the fight. But, that's old new since he agreed to everything. The comment about the Mayweathers being uneducated was made because they want to change the rules and think they know more than the SAC. So if Manny did the same thing than his education would have been relevant but since only the Mayweathers wanted to overrule the SAC their edu was brought up, is that hard to understand???? One SAC has no control over the other so tha only SAC that matters is SAC for the state in which the fight is taking place. Example, some states go to the score cards after 4 rounds and some after 3, Nevada (NSAC), California (CSAC), and Texas (TSAC) are all different SAC and not one has control over the other. Is that hard to understand???? The SAC doesn't regulate over pound penalties. The reason fighters put that into contracts is because its not fair if one fighters does everything possible to make weight and the other guy doesn't. When that happens if the fight is called off the fighters don't get paid. The fighter that trained 8 weeks would get zero for making weight or paid to fight at a disadvantage. When they could have signed and made a guaranteed 10mil to fight someone else, hince the penalty is to fight at a disadvantage like Marquez did and he got paid for it. Example, SAC sets a minimun for glove oz., so if its 10 oz. the fighters can make the cantract at 12oz. 14oz. or 16oz. it doesn't matter as long as it isn't below 10oz. Do you understand? If you go on youtube you can find the interview and clip of Freddie Roach talking about the testing before the 1st Morales fight and the Reyes vs. Winning glove was also an issue but with Manny's promoter at the time the dude with the messed up teeth agreed too. So Manny honored his contract and fought with the Winning gloves and complied with the SAC by testing on the day of the fight. Unlike Floyd who came in 2 pounds overweight, not honoring his contract. You seem so eager to defend Floyd that you seem to loss common sense... A third grader can underdstand when someone wants to tell the SAC that their testing is shot then the person making the claim qualifications will be called into play. NOT the person saying I'll follow the SAC rules... Do you understand????

fyi all SAC accept and honor each others rules. pac and arum went to texas because arum has a lot of political pull and could get the banned fighter a match. the point is still NSAC suspended tony. so pac/arum should have honored NSAC and not fought tony. and go back pac blamed the morales fight on the gloves not on blood. and the blood wasnt drawn on the day of the fight. and what good is a blood draw 20days before the match?????? you could cycle a ped and have a clean system in time for the urine test. thus making post fight urine test useless. do YOU understand????? when did pac agree to everthing????? they say it on tv but never sign a contract stipulating it. stop protecting this dude. tell him to take the test. oh your afraid he is dirty. do you understand???? be a real boxing fan and you will understand!!!!

if you really dig deep and take a good look at floyds record, you would see that he fought and beat 15 world champions. Ortiz will be #16.

You would also see that he beat a primed corrales,castillio, hatton,.

You would see a guy who won 6 titles in 5 weight classes without a loss.

You would see a guy who has fought the same fighters that the fighter of the decade fought.

You would see a guy who was ducked by a primed mosley, delahoya.

You would see a guy who is a walking hall of famer.
