Originally posted by CONQUERING View PostFloyd Jr is clearly still hurt from his dad not being there back when he was younger. I don't care what anyone says, that is the heart of the issue (s) that he has with his father. Lil Floyd is hurt by that, and its understandable. However, dude is 34 years old and needs to move forward. That "argument" didn't warrant the things that were said, mainly by Lil Floyd. He shouldn't have dissed his pops like that and man, I straight felt sorry for Floyd Sr.

laugh on
His life outside the ring is made of paper. Money, the love of it is the Root of all evil. Therefore he is extremely unstable. The mark of a man is not how much money he makes

pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall
laugh on , man laugh on ,
This is boxing, not a phys co program on tv
I am more confident that ORTIZ can possibly pull this off IF he watches out for the check hooks when he come in.
I look for Jr. to QUIT in the ring like his Uncle,,,,he hasn't fought anyone in the last 6-8 years. HIS TIME IS UP !!
laugh man laugh,,,,hahahahaha

Seems like Floyd Sr. wants to live his dreams and aspiration as a boxer through Jr. Also wants to prove that he MADE Floyd by training boxers to beat him and belittle Roger's achievements as a trainer at times because in his mind I think he really thinks he's more important to Jr's success than Roger.
Floyd Jr. on the other hands seems to still have some animosity towards Sr. for his childhood and what he put his mother through. Also that his dad doesn't give him enough credit.
Whatever it may be I won't judge either of them because that's their personal problems that they have to deal with. Shame that it has to get aired out for everyone to see but it does make for good television.
Well said, Sir. It's the same way that i view their situation.
