I don't consider Oscar nor Tito to be Top 100 ATG's. Boarderline yes, but not quite.

Wouldn't disagree too much if someone were to have them in the Top 100 but only if it were the latter.

I think you can make a case for either, I agree close to the bottom, but both have some great wins and fought all the best opponents in their time.

boxing is a very old sport, there were amazing fighters back in the day. It all depends on how highly you rank a lot of these old school fighters.

Some of these guys are forgotten over time and replacement with more modern fighters. Some boxing historians rank guys I've never even heard of in the top 100.

It's all subjective.

There are differences in philosophies as well. For example some think fighters had it MUCH harder back in the old days, which they did, and fought tougher opposition as a result. Thus a lot of those guys get ranked high.
