Different for every fighter, for a fighter like Mike Tyson it was probably the uppercut had the most power in it. For fighters like Oscar and Tito it was probably their left hooks. Miguel Cotto used to throw beautiful body-shots and still does but maybe its because he can't land the ones he used to land on elite boxers. Foreman didn't have any legs when Cotto KO'd him so he was an easier target to land that bodyshot on.

Some fighters even seem to hit harder with their straight right than other punches. I forget who it was but I think a KO either happened this year or last year where someone was brutally KO'd with a straight right. A punch you know can do a bit of damage but not a punch you'd expect to knock a boxer out with.

When u hit someone with a solid uppercut, u know u hurt him...

When u land a clean straight right that snaps their head back, u know they felt it...

Hooks go either way. U land a really good one, than u can tell, but most of the time ur just bouncing ur gloves off the top of his head

Straights also mostly bounce off of the forehead

So, uppercuts r the real deal

A punch that KO's you rarely hurts when it lands.

Also a cross is easier to block/dodge and easier to see, while a hook comes from a weird angle and your Peripheral vision have a harder time to react to a hook.
Also thats why Tommy Hearns was so effective. He straight right hand was amazingly powerful but he KO'd so many people with it cuz he was such sniper. His long reach and accuracy with his cross is what gave him so many KO's. Southpaws left cross is usually a good KO punch cuz of the angle. Also a straight right hand is a good KO punch agains a southpaw

It's hard to roll with uppercuts the same way you can roll with other punches.

For that blunt power like a hammer hit you in the head it's the right or left cross.

But if it's knock out power it's the uppercut or hook or over handright.

The straight power hand is the most powerful. Just based on how you can use your hips, and all that.

I think it would depend on the fighter. This thread had me thinking about Tommy Hearns' straight right. God that thing was BEAST!!!
