Different for every fighter, for a fighter like Mike Tyson it was probably the uppercut had the most power in it. For fighters like Oscar and Tito it was probably their left hooks. Miguel Cotto used to throw beautiful body-shots and still does but maybe its because he can't land the ones he used to land on elite boxers. Foreman didn't have any legs when Cotto KO'd him so he was an easier target to land that bodyshot on.
Some fighters even seem to hit harder with their straight right than other punches. I forget who it was but I think a KO either happened this year or last year where someone was brutally KO'd with a straight right. A punch you know can do a bit of damage but not a punch you'd expect to knock a boxer out with.
