I'd argue fighting floyd makes his opponents better because their next fight is against a much lesser fighter who isn't as accurate. One could argue he ruined Hatton, Corrales and Gatti in the sense they were no longer upper echelon fighters but I don't think he ruins careers.

ODLH - Struggled with Forbes. Oscar left that fight with a black eye.

Mosley - I thought he beat Sergio, but left with a draw.

Hatton - Severely rocked by Lazcano at his most comfortable weight (140). It was almost like he had a flashback of Mayweather during the same round Mayweather stopped him in. Check it out.

Corrales - He actually did good at first against lesser opposition. But, IMO, if it wasn't for Mayweather, Corrales isn't in wars with Castillo. Corrales would beat Castillo, Ricky Hatton style if not for the 10 knockdowns against Mayweather.

ODH-I think floyd may have put the final nail in him but to me he was done in rd 6 of the Tito fight. At that point ODH decided he would run and save his face rather than stand and fight. I was at the BHop-ODH fiight and while I give BHOp full crdit, A part of me always thinks ODH sensed a beating coming and quit again.

Hatton and Corrales were undefeated so yeah he definitely changed them.

Gatti version 1.0 was finished. Floyd fought Gatti 2.0 the boxer puncher. Floyd turned him back into Gatti 1.0 then demolished him. Igot a cool story bout that fight too.

I was in vegas for BHop/ODH. I run into floyd in Ceasers. TAlk to him. Due is real cool. Says hes eventually gonna fight GAtti. Plane ride home who am I sitting next to, Gatti. (i wasn't married or a father then so I was big boying it in 1st class) We talk about our godkids, he tells me about this chick he met. Then he say yeah I'm gonna fight Mayweather in a couple years. Dude was so cool it was incredible.

Im watchin fight with my boys . U know I'm a big floyd fan but Gatti was just so cool. Like round 5 I'm like begging them to stop fight. I actually left room couldn't watch gatti take a beating like that. My boys still clown me about that. I was like whining come on stop it already.

Just goes to show you that when we argue about ducking and crap that there is always a plan we as fans just don't know about it.
