Does he really need to name anyone in particular from 118 when you're naming Chavez Jr and Kirkland to try and defend your claim that 154 is better then 118 ?, just look at the division ffs, it's possibly the strongest it's been in 40 years.

      Well

      Nonito Donaire
      Abner Mares
      Joseph Agbeko
      Vic Darchinyan
      Anselmo Moreno

Not sure who i would have as my sixth in this "super-6" tournament. Maybe Koki Kameda, since he has a "title"? or Actually, maybe Narvaez whos moving up.

The division was even more crazy before Montiel and Hasegawa left it.

You can pretty much make a case at any division . . . i like 154 though...

Pwill, lara,Angulo,Canelo,Cotto,Margarito,Molina,Va nes, Dzinzirik, you can even throw Martinez in the mix.

Alot of good fights can be made with that list . . .

Agreed, featherweight division has some good fighters.

I definitely don't think 154 is the best division right now.

118 being definitely the best IMO.

Notable omissions by the TS. But I agree, 154 is one of the funnest and fan friendly divisions right now that is loaded with good talent. Oh yeah, what about Lara and Paul Williams? Those guys should be on the list..

                Angulo vs Cotto
                Martinez vs Lara
                Kirkland vs Alvarez
Andrade vs Henry (battle of up and comers)
                JCC vs Dzendruik
                Vanes vs Wolak
                K-9 vs Shawn porter

All of the above fights are interchangable and potential PPV's while 118 is on Showtime.

You guys are kidding me right now.

The only other divisions that come close are 168 and 140. I wouldn't even say 140 because a lot of those fighters are moving up. Do you know why they're moving up? Because boxing history says the money is in the higher weight classes.

The only reason you guys don't take 154 seriously at the moment is because the right fights haven't been made yet. But that doesn't take away from it's "potential"; which explains why the headline reads prominent.

                    .
Stopped reading, none of the fights are potential ppv and I would pick every single fight out of the Tourny (Fight that have already been made...) over them by far.
