The main fights you all were complaining about were Hatton and/or Cotto, both are not ready yet...moved up in weight, Zab Judah fight fell through the roof, Antonio Margarito brings no money (He knows that that's why he offered 85/15) and is a big risk for anyone moving up in weight to take as their first fight.
From a fans point of view I'd like nothing more than for Mayweather to take on the best in every fight, but making big fights aren't that easy. I'll give him up until the time Ricky Hatton's people say their boy is "ready" and if Floyd still doesn't fight him, then I'll be upset.
Mayweather's #2 on the ring's rankings only hatton is rated higher then him. He has beat pretty much Gatti, Ndou, and Corley. He should at least make an offer to Witter or Tszyu but he's not doin this either.

It's smart of him going to 147 there isn't really anyone else to fight at 140. The top 5 is Hatton, Mayweather, Maussa, Tszyu and Witter.

Again, like i've said probably 50 times if he's fighting sharmba to get used to a quick, fundamental southpaw like Judah then i see NO problem with it. But if he's in it for the paycheck then he's cheating boxing.

The Tszyu fight isn't what it could have been before the Hatton fight. Why not just let Tszyu rebuild some of his reputation before taking him on. Witter? I don't think Mayweather knows who he is (Or so he says.)..

Hatton is taking on Maussa, Tszyu is going to 147 - meaning he can't be top 5 140lbs., Witter needs to become the man in his playground (UK) if he wants any world recognition.

why does everybody keep sayin wait hes young, by the time Oscar was 28 he conquered 4 divisions, fought anywhere from 5-8 potential hall of famers, if not A+ Caliber fighters, and went on to fight in 2 more divisions and fought 2 more potential hall of famers and 3-4 more A+/A- quality fighters, and he aint done yet...Oscar is the ****en man and thats why he gets paid the way he does, not by duckin the big fights, by makin them happen...I mean come on he fought benard...30 lbs higher then his first conquered division... and held his own, Oscar has to be one of the greatest of all time, and people say well he lost a couple of fights, thats gonna happen when ur fightin the best there is to offer time after time after time and movin up in weight like crazy, think if oscar would have stayed at jr welter, would any of these cats have a chance, in my opinion no, but Oscar wanted more then to just conquer one division, and u got to respect him for that, that man Has Balls...

Even if De La Hoya only fought Trinidad and Vargas he'd still be a big draw just by what they made him out to be.

Give Zab Judah a lot of credit for fighting Spinks for next to nothing, so he could beat him, get the belts, then ask for more. That's a great attitude, and PBF doesn't seem to have it. Instead, he calls out fighters and then demands almost all of the money because of the ****** #1 P4P ranking.

Drop him in the P4P rankings, and don't buy his rotten PPV's. Then we'll see him in fights we care about.

yeah, judahs quality of opponents since has been great...
give me a break, judah took next to nothing bc his reputation was done if he didnt beat spinks the second time

why are u tryin to discredit Oscar??? He didnt just fight tito and Vargas, he fought everyone there is to fight, and thats why hes a big draw, chavez, carr, quartey, gonzalez, hernandez, camacho, whitaker, molina, ruelas, leija, rivera and that was all b4 he fought tito or vargas, then mosley and hopkins, look at that list, and give Oscar his credit, cause its overdue...the Gold medal is what put people on him, ur tellin me he didnt deserve that Medal...Oscar deserves everything he got...plain and simple he did it, he fought no one else fought for him...

WATCH, Floyd is going to sign with Golden Boy Promotions and then sign a fight with Oscar at 150lbs. thats going to be the next chain of events in his career, probably after the Mitchell fight, if not, he'll have one more fight before signing the DLH fight......i think that he has this game plan up his sleeve.....
                      just a wild guess....
