Ortiz should attack Floyd body!!!!

this says it all. one shot isnt gonna put floyd on the floor. too conditioned, too smart, too fast. One shot to the body is not gonna take away what PBF does for a fight. Castillo sustained his body attack the 1st fight and that was only because he was able to bully PBF. Since that fight no fighter including Castillo in the 2nd fight has been able to bully PBF around the ring. Can he Ortiz land some shots to PBF body yes but he for sure pay for try or landing those shots.Comment

And you think Floyd doesn't know this
He's got one of the most gruelling ab workouts in the sport...
Corley, I know is regarded as a bum, but he too was harking on about Mayweather's ab training and emphasis on 'body, body, body'Comment

You forgot about Hatton during the first few round during their fight. May was running a way trying to figure out the escape route. If not for CortAZZ saving him.One shot to the body is not gonna take away what PBF does for a fight. Plus why Floyd doesn't fight Margarito who was gonna bully him if they had fought. He know fighters who can beat him and avoided them.Comment

Like I said before, the people that had a small relative success going to the body against Floyd were Oscar De La Hoya and Castillo. But guess what people, when did those fights take place - Yep, you guessed it - both took place when Floyd was moving up into a new division.
Ortiz faces a Mayweather that has been comfortable in his weight division for some time now, so he won't have the same amount of success as the aforementioned did.Comment

Castillo tried, so did Hatton & Hatton was leagues ahead of Ortiz in every department. Hatton was a very good body puncher, Ortiz simply isn't.
He is a head hunter that constantly leaves himself wide open for counter punches.
He very rarely goes to the body & his left is fairly weak actually. Mayweathers conditioning is A+
If anybody thinks it’s that easy to beat him, they’re sadly mistaken. It takes skills, movement and defense to avoid Floyds short punches (Ortiz don't have these tools, his chin isn't spectacular either). Mayweather is able to generate a lot of power in his short shots!
Ortiz may go to the body but he is way to wreckless & predictable. Squared up & will get picked apart. Watch Hopkins, Mayweather, Whitaker etc notice they fight almost side on? Simply put this allows less of a target, especially with using a shell defence this also allows counter punches (uppercut, straight right) Ortiz is extremely vulnerable to these being a sloppy southpaw.
If anything it'll be Ortiz getting his body smashed to bits, he comes in, in straight lines & Floyd will jab & work that body all night long, slowing down Ortiz & picking him off at will.
It will be like Gatti vs Floyd all over again except Gatti had skills & was a very effective body puncher.
I personally don't see Ortiz going the distance, in fact a lot say Mayweather in the later rounds, but I think Ortiz is taylor made for Floyd & will be out there by the mid rounds.Comment

I forgot to emphasize about Floyd's broken rib. Ortiz shoud try tagging that rib to see if it has indeed fully healed.Bute and Cotto style....
Floyd do have a solid chin but his body isn't really tested. If Ortiz can manage to penetrate May's world class defence and land some shots, I say land them on May's ribs.
Floyd had shown that he has had a broken rib so it may still be vulnerable.
Can't wait for the fight, about 1 month from now. WAR ORTIZ!!!!! Ortiz took Berto's 0. He gonna take Mayweather's as well.
Mayweather "They put 41 infront of me. 41 came out short"
Ortiz "Not this one"Comment
