I think FLoyds opponents make the mistake of being obsessed with trying to hit his chin and neglect his body.

His body aint tested because he counters before you get there and has long arms which cover his body.He covers his body very well

its not easy at all. floyds defensive style is one that allows him to defend low just as well as he defends high, and once u attack low, he hits u with a right lead virtually all the time. look at what he does and ull understand. in his stance, hes basically standing sideways,virtually making his body a nonexistent target. secondly, he keeps a had low almost all the time, which blocks most punches that come that way.

if hes fighting i high guard, he doesnt fight straight up. he leans in and he controls distance to the point that uts nearly impossible to touch his body at all. like i said, he knows what hes doing, very hard to touch low. when fighters see they dont have a target, they typically dont go for it.

yea, they hit his face, but ur making it seem like h got hit a lot in those fights. he didnt. in order to beat somebody with body shots, u have to land at a high connect. its really not that easy. i dont think u undertand that.

I didn't say Floyd got tagged alot on those fight but he did get tagged full flush even if its one or two time didn't he.

Im sure there are some boxers who have been punch just once or just afew time on the ribs or liver and they drop like a sack of potatoes. Ask Maidana, Castillo, De La Hoya, Pacquiao, Cintron etc...

One shot to the body is not gonna take away what PBF does for a fight. Castillo sustained his body attack the 1st fight and that was only because he was able to bully PBF. Since that fight no fighter including Castillo in the 2nd fight has been able to bully PBF around the ring. Can he Ortiz land some shots to PBF body yes but he for sure pay for try or landing those shots.
