I find it hard to think that Arum is holding this up. Arum barely talks to Manny and Manny is so big now, he can do and make any demand he wants. We all know Mayweather is a jerk but we all know want he wants. Manny on the otherhand has guys talking for him all the damn time and if they don't have that right then he should stop them and release something himself.

Are you that naive of boxing history to know that Arum would not have any of his fighters fight a GBP fighter just b/c ODLH tried to steal Pac from him? Arum hates Floyd Mayweather Jr. with a passion...that is very well known through out the boxing community. Please don't tell me you don't think that this isn't reason enough not to not give PBF the biggest purse in boxing history by fighting his (Arums) cash cow (Manny)? Well, to each his own I suppose...but w/my two cents Arum is the reason why this fight hasn't seen the light of day.

I know the history very well but in this situation it doesn't matter. Before, it was always a negotiation between Mayweather and Arum, with Arum representing the fighter. Now its a negotiation between Mayweather and Manny. I think you're the one that is naive if you think Arum is the main guy behind Manny. Arum barely has any contact with Manny. The only way for Arum to even get in contact with Manny is through Koncz.

Anyone can say what they want, but I can't see the big deal to agreeing to the tests. The excuses from Pacquiao for not taking random style are lame! Let's truly be honest...If it were Floyd with those excuses, he would be hung! OK, something like the money split is something to negotiate. But taking blood tests, for the good of both fighters and the sport, shouldn't be a negotiation. And of course it looks more crazy because of the magnitude of this fight and the money involved for testing to even be a negotiation. No Floyd is not bigger than the sport. But let's use our heads here... I don't see anything wrong with those specific demands and don't you think boxing should use OST on the regular? Who would it hurt? Definitely not you and I...the ones who are just watching for entertainment.

Its a damn shame that people think Manny is some idiot being manipulated by Arum. Arum has a great amount of control but to think this fight isn't happening because Arum is pulling all the strings is ****ing idiotic. Some people are just idiots.

Manny himself said on YouTube that he would now meet ALL OF FLOYD MAYWEATHER'S DEMANDS!!!

There was NO ONE ELSE talking for him!

Stop trying to remove the blame from where it belongs. The man is stalling and avoiding. If Pacquiao is man enough to make a video stating that he will take the random USADA blood and urine tests, then why not sign a contract?

Its a b!tch move to delegate blame for your own cowardice. Saying that "this one says this for me and that one says that for me" is showing weakness of character and depicts Pacpquiao's inability to lead his life as a man, his career and his finances.

There is no blame for them both. Mayweather has lived up to his end of the bargain. Pacquiao is STILL trying to negotiate one of the original demands in 2011! Everything Pacquiao asked for was met, including the stipulation that demanded $10 million for every pound Mayweather came in over 147.

Mayweather stepped up like a champion.

Pacquiao is still singing love songs.

You can make all the excuses that you like.

It doesn't change the fact that Floyd is ready and Manny isn't.
