Is anyone brave enough to name the fighters on my list that they think rank lower than Ortiz?
Start with David Haye, how can a guy that got his ass whooped recently be ranked higher than a belt holder.

Pacquiao is fighting a lightweight champion. Mayweather is fighting a welterweight champion.....just get over it.

that is debateable! I think he will prove a lot of people wrong over the next year or so and will be held in higher regard.

When Ortiz becomes undisputed champ and then loses to Martinez by 4 rounds then I'll rank him higher.

If Martinez lost a fight to Froch/Ward would Ortiz become better than him too.

The fact is now the welterweight division is the weakest it has be for many many years.

There are many other fighters in other division that have are better fighter p4p than Ortiz.

At 147, after Pacquaio and maybe Khan, he is the biggest threat to Floyd.
