When Ortiz becomes undisputed champ and then loses to Martinez by 4 rounds then I'll rank him higher.
If Martinez lost a fight to Froch/Ward would Ortiz become better than him too.

The fact is now the welterweight division is the weakest it has be for many many years.
There are many other fighters in other division that have are better fighter p4p than Ortiz.
