People get fooled everyday, people are in thinking some bank in Nigeria is holding millions for them, others believe that aliens made crop circles and some are fooled by Floyd's accusations that Pacquiao uses steroids.

You tell enough people anything some will believe.

There is also deference, where people in authority and held in esteem are more trusted.

So people that think Floyd is so great will believe everything he says without the need for evidence.

If you were an objective outsider that truly believed Manny was clean and he refused to take the test on principle then his credibility cant be questioned.

But if you are that same person and you read or hear Manny's excuses/reasons for not taking tests, how can you not question his credibility?

I think he is clean too. That said a man who would take cash from one promoter under the table while signed to another strikes me as someone who would more than consider cheating if it helped him make more money.
