Diego got PPV fight cuz HE WON!!!! Spectacular may I add by way of surprising comeback. He's been consistent pre Corrales vs Castillo 2 and WAS HIGH ON ERRRBODY' P4P list! He deserved ta PPV fight.

Okay, and Castillo won the rematch....looked spectacular doing it. He's fought great opposition pre corrales and I wont take a 'guess' on how many peoples p-4-p list he's on cause I just dont know. So, in other words, I see no difference.

        What a ****ing joke!

I hold Jones and Tarver directly responsible, they ripped off fight fans so bad the week before that there was no way most were about to shell out another $50.

Thanks alot Toney and Roy, you both owe Chico and Castillo a couple hundred grand each!
i wanted to get it soo bad but i wasted money on the roy fight and couldn't afford the fight seeing how it was a week after the jones fight...damnit i really missed out too

Perhaps those passing on the good words should have thrown in how Corrales once hit his pregnant wife ? Maybe that would have given it the Tyson-effect ?
            The rematch happened too soon!!!
In a fight like that, that was so dramatic, people like to sit back and think about it for a while, before wtaching the same fighters do it again...Unlike most people I really wasn't interested in seeing them fight so soon, because in 6 months how could they show anything more than they did the first fight. I believe they needed to fight atleast one other opponent before stepping in teh ring with each other again, so they could improve and have time to practice on what they learned about each other and themselves in that first fight...I would have rather seen them in their with someone else and then face each other again next year around the same time as the first fight, then the **** would have been a highly anticipated rematch, instead of the fiasco that took place last week from the weigh in until corrales got laid out...

Karma for that. I agree completely. If they are going to do it again, they need to fight another guy or two between now and then.

Hopefully the numbers are better than what is expected now. Both fighters deserve to be house hold names. Its funny HBO PPV's always do better than showtime PPV's no matter how crapy the card is.

Show PPV seems like they need quick cash to pay of their debts. LOL!!!!!!
