                                        I get something like this and it is fckin painful. Last time it lasted 10 hours...burning pain in the upper abdomen. Not sure what the fck it is but it has happened 7 times since January. I cannot imagine a pain worse than this... Caused by stomach acid... Best to eat foods that are easy to digest. No red meat, sugars, fast foods etc. High fiber diet is key til stomach or esophagus heals. This sh it kills... pain is 10 on scale of 1-10
