When systemic steroids are used for long periods of time, or when steroids are taken on multiple occasions, more serious side effects may occur. It is for these reasons that the dose and duration of systemic steroids should be minimized whenever possible. Some side effects can be decreased by taking systemic steroids every other day instead of daily, even if the total dose is the same. Many of the side effects are reversible if the steroids are stopped, while other side effects may be permanent.
Side effects of long-term steroid use includes:
Diabetes mellitus
Obesity Acid reflux/GERD Osteoporosis
Myopathy
Increase in certain types of infections
Cushing syndrome
stay away from drugs kids!!!
The truth catches up to everyone. Acid reflux isn't solely cause by steroids but Pac is an elite athlete who diets or should diet constantly and at this point it's not far fetched to assume it COULD be the steroids catching up with him.

damn dude first Manny gets weak from taking blood and so do you, now you both have acid reflux?
Seems you have a non steroidal excuse for everything.
hmm yeah I guess feeling a bit woozy after giving blood is so uncommon? I hate giving blood, never do it unless I have to.
And yes, I have acid reflux/GERD, you need proof want me to scan hospital documents and list the medication I'm on? I've already suggested the medicine to a couple people on here and they thanked me cuz it helps.
I guess your hands, head and feet got bigger after you turned 30 also. Or you started doing 8 miles a day when before you could only do 5, and it was cause you started going to church more huh.... LOL
I'm an atheist so I give a fuuck about manny's god.
