Clearly, the lawsuit was about protection and a gag-order, and nothing more.
Otherwise, how did Mr's Malinaggi and Cintron avoid Petrocelli's wrath ?
Pacquiao publicly refused random blood tests, Mayweathers camp called that action su****ious, fans on both sides questioned why Floyd requested OSDT's, Mayweather stated that it was because he suspected that Pac was taking steroids. Big fkn deal?
Pac could have simply taken the test and ended this rubbish 2 years ago.
I think that the judge will find Pacquiao's refusal su****ious, like most would.

please bear with me.....
the courts are not interested who between pac and floyd is the better fighter. or who is ducking who, or who between the two gave better performances against mosley, hatton or jmm, etc.,...as i have said these are irrelevant to the case..
and pac did not sue floyd and company to only prove himself .....
pac is defending his name and at the same time giving floyd and company to prove their accusations.....
pac's intention is clear....
you hit me below the belt..and you will pay....
floyd not submitting to the courts the required deposition may really end up with the court handing over a default decision in pac's favor...
and floyd and company have to pay....
all of these would have not been issues if only floyd and company did not step over the limits of sportsmanship and civility....
I cant take a test, I need a catch-weight, I am offended, I'm too small, dont like needles, blah, blah, blah..... I could fill up a page.
FACT: Pac could have resolved this situation 2 years ago by taking a harmless little test.
Su****ions ended, cheque banked, no lawsuit required, end of story.
But nope, he prefers 2 years worth of absurd excuses and a ridiculous lawsuit.
The main reason why people are su****ious of Pacquiao is because he killed that fight by refusing random blood tests and then gave 8 different ridiculous reasons to justify it.

I think the only cry baby is Floyd, who says that nobody gives him respect in Boxing. Get this straight, Manny is P4P King proclaimed by sports analyst and boxing fans. Floyd is P4P Drama Queen proclaimed by *****s and himself.

*****s and Floyd are so similar, they make accusations without proof and have nothing to back up their claim in court or in Boxing forums!

From the other thread, just sharing the love

Everyone who has suggested that Marquez ducked a Pacquiao rematch, give yourself an uppercut.
Even though Marquez has been very vocal about wanting Pacquiao, and even though it is common knowledge that Arum reneged on his original offer of $1.5mil and low-balled Juan by offering him $750k, some *******s have actually insinuated that JMM ducked Manny to fight Chris John.
WRONG !!
FACT: Pacquiao ducked Marquez, end of story, just like he ducked Mosley.....

Koncz needs to learn to shut his mouth, bless him
As I have said, it is all about timing and the manipulation of advantages.
Marquez at 130? = NO WAY
Diaz? = done, so YES
Hoya at 154? = NO WAY..... shrink-wrapped Hoya at 145? = YES
Hatton = done, so YES
Prime Cotto = NO WAY..... damaged, faded, Cotto at catchweight? = YES
Prime Margarito at 154 = NO WAY..... faded, cheato at catchweight? = YES
#1 WW Mosley (twice) = NO WAY... old shot Shane? = YES
Marquez at welter? = YOU BET, just what we've been waiting for.
FACT: Ortiz is the third consecutive fighter that Mayweather has fought that Pacquiao ducked first.
