when i read the headline, i was thinking emmanuel was ready to fight, but he's still on this courtroom b.s....smh

the article mentions floyd not being able to show for court b/c of training, but then being spotted at nightclubs.....well duh! courts are open in the daytime, nghtclubs are open...at NIGHT!

this lawsuit is frivolous, and as long as you make excuses to NOT take drug tests, its fair for EVERYBODY to accuse you of taking steroids, guy. find another way to pay your taxes.

Pacquiao brought this on himself. He should've accepted testing way back in Dec. 2009. Floyd agreed to the nonsensical $10 million per pound penalty with no problems.

Floyd will never go to court to prove his accusation is true. He has no evidence or whatsoever. Floyd has to pay Pac at least a few million dollors and the lawyer fees. = this is the first bird. The 2nd bird = Pac will accept the OST up to the fight. Win or lose, he gets the payday while Floyd has to recover the money he paid to Pac (lol). If he throws another road block leading to the fight even though Pac already agreed to his OST w/o cut-off days, then we know he was really ducking Pacquiao just like we he didn't know when ducked the top welterweights in his division.
