the pac law suit would not have materialized if floyd and company were not so fast to hurl accusations of pac using peds publicly...

floyd hasn't invented the accusation.he hasn't driven a campaign of slander in the media against pac. it's been a common debate much before 2009. other boxers have shrugged these accusations off with ease, it's just arum who's been dragging this story along for whatever reason.
also if they signed the fight and pac took the tests he would be an automatic winner of the defamation case.
the question is how much money is involved. i've read about a wide scale of possibilities ranging from 75k$ to several mil$.

" seeking " means nothing, and I just cant wait to hear padded Pacquiao attempt to prove damages. Personally, I would be basing my defense around the fact that " opinion " cannot be damaging, Manny's affairs are in an absolute fkn mess so good luck proving lost opportunity, and Pacquiao bought most of the su****ion upon himself by publicly refusing a harmless blood test.

To the uneducated - freedom of speach does not mean without consequence. Consequence is what happens where there is a provable defamation of character due to a loss of money or reputation and this is yet to be determined. But Floyd keeps avoiding the court and that does not look good.

Maybe Pac and May can agree....Pac dropping the lawsuit and May dropping the testing requirement as a compromise. But niether guy seems willing to do that....Pac isn't because he is trying to get May in court per this article so it is past that point.
