Are you ****ing kidding me? Manny wanted to finish this way before Floyd started his camp for Ortiz. Floyd is the one who has delayed the case.

Lets be honest there is no case here. If Pacquiao really cared about this he would take a blood test and show the public look no steroids, now shut up. But instead he doesn't take a test (allowing his name to be defiled) and takes Floyd to court. sounds su****ious, just f***king fight

I just cant accept all of these silly Pac'ism's, all of this weird **** that could only happen to Pacquiao.

I cant take a test, I need a catch-weight, I am offended, I'm too small, dont like needles, blah, blah, blah..... I could fill up a page.

FACT: Pac could have resolved this situation 2 years ago by taking a harmless little test.

Su****ions ended, cheque banked, no lawsuit required, end of story.

But nope, he prefers 2 years worth of absurd excuses and a ridiculous lawsuit.

The main reason why people are su****ious of Pacquiao is because he killed that fight by refusing random blood tests and then gave 8 different ridiculous reasons to justify it.

for discussion's sake, let us see;

even granting pac was delaying or even avoiding to fight floyd for what ever reasons, including the ost refusal, does it give floyd and company the right to publicly malign pac's image? or any one for that matter?

the pac law suit would not have materialized if floyd and company were not so fast to hurl accusations of pac using peds publicly...

many match-ups that were expected to be made or that caught the boxing world's fancy still never see the light of day..bcoz someone ducked someone...as stories abound...

so, granting, again, that pac is ducking floyd; is pac ducking floyd a license to floyd and company to commit slander/defamation?

now, the law suit, as i have stated on numerous previous posts, is something that floyd could use as a venue and opportunity to air/present the evidence(s) on pac using drugs/peds...

as events are turning out, floyd still could not submit any deposition to the courts and is on the verge of losing the case by default...

so, as far as the thread topic, and as well as the case is concerned, who ducked who for whatever reasons is irrelevant...

I cannot understand how you can possibly overlook the fact that Manny could have simply accepted the 14-day cutoff, taken the harmless test, destroyed ALL of the PED accusations, and banked $50mil.

The 14-day cutoff, you know, the very same deal that Manny has publicly stated that he is NOW happy to accept.

If Pac had accepted the very same deal back in Dec 2009 that he recently stated he will accept NOW, then there would be no need whatsoever for a lawsuit..... so how can Manny possibly justify "Getting Very Impatient With Mayweather" over the legal action?

for me, no doubt it would be more fun to watch them fight in the ring......

and i think pac looks forward to the floyd fight; and the big purse..you say $50M...
