THE attorney representing Philippine Congressman and world best pound-for-pound boxer Manny Pacquiao has asked a US District Court in Nevada to issue a default ruling against Floyd Mayweather Jr., for the latter’s refusal to appear in court in the defamation lawsuit against him.

USA Today reports Pacquiao’s attorney, Daniel Petrocelli, filed a motion earlier this week seeking a default ruling and will ask for $10 million in damages for his client.
