Pacquiao filed his " lawsuit " IN THE MIDDLE of " dec 2009 negotiation ".

Wrong, Mayweather's father started talking about roids. Floyd just asked the question. Pac refused and caused the presumption of the obvious.

If steroids didn't exist in today's world you would have a point. Cheaters in fact do exists and when one fighter gives multiple excuses to not test rasises the question. It reached this far because Floyd didn't follow up as required by law. That is foul play on his part. Talking shyt isn't especially in a sport where you can fight in a ring and not a court room. You seem to be really ****** in the soap opera drama of it all....
