if everything is true to what Arum say, that there are no issues anymore like the testing timeline, being done till the day of the fight or who is going to do the testing. then we know that all this request is Floyd's way of ducking manny. When Manny agrees to all of Floyd request and the fight still does not happen what then. Floydies will still worship their god and still make up excuses for Fraud. they will still amplify Frauds mediocre career and downgrade Pac accomplishment. Even though we know Fraud ducked the whole welterweight. His most dominant fight at WW was against a boxer who has to jumped up three weight classes. who to some people say that he was too slow at WW. Who Manny beat twice at that fighter's best weight. But then again Manny will never get credit for that. and fraud will be worshiped by his fans for dominating a bloated super featherweight boxer fighting at WW.

i can already see it, crackhead sr is gonna demand manny to trian in the US only. so all testings can be done here.

Bob has made crazy money off of Pacquiao fighting Top Rank boxers Cotto, Margarito, Clottey, Mosley, and now JMM. If he doesn't sign Bradley the only other option for A Top RAnk fighter is the winner between Cotto and Margacheato.

If Floyds next 3 fights are Ortiz, Pacquiao, and Khan he should and will get alot more support for his GOAT mission.

Maybe I'm greedy but Martinez vs the PAC/Floyd winner would be the biggest test In there careers.

1) Did Pacquiao delay a rematch with a Marquez for 4 years? Marquez was the last man to give Pacquiao a boxing lesson. Twice. Then Pacquiao said back in 2008 that he wouldn't fight Marquez again because and I quote "The fans don't want tot see it".

2) Did Pacquiao delay a fight with Mayweather by refusing to take tests that he now says he's willing to take but ONLY if the most reputable agency is not the ones administering the tests?

3) Does Manny Pacquiao created a trend in his career where he targets his opponents at their very weakest point?

DLH - only after he lost to Mayweather
Hatton - only after was KO'd by Mayweather
Cotto - only after he was KO'd by Margarito
Clottey - only after he lost to Cotto
Margarito - only after he was KO'd by Mosley
Mosley - only after he was dominated by Mayweather
Marquez - only after he has now aged 4 years since their last meeting

4) Did Pacquiao have opportunities to fight these men while they were still on top? Yes, for the most part. He declined until most of them had lost.

5) Who was the last fighter Pacquiao fought that was still on top and reigning? Juan Manuel Marquez back in 2008.

6) Did Pacquiao agree to ALL of Floyd's demands or not. This question requires a simple yes or no answer.

7) If Pacquiao is only now agreeing to all terms, then do you agree that it was Pacquiao's unwillingness or indecisiveness for the last 3 years that has held up this fight? I mean .. Mayweather's demands have been the same since the beginning. The only thing to change was Pacquiao's willingness to take the tests.

8) How many #1 or #2 WWs did Manny Pacquiao defeat to be considered among the Top WWs? The answer is none.

9) Who other than Mayweather will give Pacquiao the chance to actually beat a reigning champion at WW? A win over Pacquiao gives Floyd what? A win over a man who will then later claim to be too small?

10) How has Floyd played any part in the delay of the mega fight? Floyd has conceded to every demand that Pacquiao asked for. Its taken Pacquiao 3 years first to agree to everything, then a few more months to decide that USADA made him uncomfortable.

There are no excuses. One has a history of bull****ting his way into "stardom" while the other has spent the last 15 years achieving "greatness" according to the criteria that other greats have had to live up to: Longevity beating the top opposition throughout a entire career.
