Does Cotto go through Mayweathers resume without a loss?

Baldomir beat Gatti worse than Floyd did? Not sure about that one mate.Cotto beats all of Mayweather's opponents from 130-147. I think he might squeak my ODLH at 154 in a typical Cotto war. But then again ODLH could stop Cotto also. That fight is a toss up.
That said, even though Floyd should've fought Cotto, I don't think Cotto beats Mayweather at 147 anytime between 2005-2007 or now.
History has shown that just because you beat Mayweather's opponents worse than Mayweather beat them, that doesn't necessarily mean you can beat Mayweather.
Hatton (i.e Castillo) and Baldomir (i.e Gatti) agree with this statement.Comment

Yeah, I think Floyd clearly gave Arturo a worse beating to be honest. Gatti couldn't land single shots in that fight and just got the hell tagged out of him.Comment

WTF are you talking about 'struggled to beat an old mayorga'? You do know that Cotto was winning 8 of the 11 rounds going into the 12th on the judges score cards right? and he did finish him off in the 12th.. Struggled? Your a dumbazz.Comment

Interesting question and I would have to say YES, Cotto would have gone through Mayweathers resume without a loss!
Who has Floyd fought post 140, really?? Hatton (possibly his best win) who was fighting out of his best weight and an old, inactive Mosley?
Not sure why so many people have doubt about Cotto beating Marquez for. Marquez may be p4p the better fighter of the two but Cotto is simple too big and strong for the much smaller Marquez!
Cotto's biggest test would be against DLH at 154! At the time DLH was wayy past his prime and was hardly a real boxer at the time. Cotto beats DLH in a close fight. There was a reason DLH avoided Cotto and Margairto towards the end of his career!Comment
