Huh??? A title he vacated right after the fight in a division he didnt even came close to the weight?

You either say call Pacquiao a 8 divsion champ and want him to fight Martinez or call his fight a bogus one and admit he is too small for the weight!!

You cant have your cake and eat it too!!

With that said what Floyd wouldve did to Cotto wouldve been illegal in 51 states.

He didnt duck Cotto. He didnt duck Marg. People need to let that go.
Oh my, I take it you didn't see the video? What has Floyd said that you little Floyd stans preach? HE CALLED HIM OUT and to his face. What did Floyd do? He went and said he ain't doing it for the fans meaning YOU and the rest of his idiots who are all up on his nuts.

Also he could of fought Margarito BUT he went for Mitchell and the great Judah coming off a loss.

Sometimes I can't even tell who has more credibility, the casuals or the so called "hardcores" who flock this place.

I mean who's Pac chasing? Bradley, Martinez, JMM, Jones, Berto, all want the top spot. So they want Pac, they're chasing Pac. They want what Pac has.

Who's Floyd chasing? Bradley, Khan, Martinez, Ortiz, all want the top spot. SO they wan't Floyd, they're chasing Floyd. They want what Floyd has

Who did Oscar chase? Everybody want it Oscar. Everybody because that was the top spot. They want it what Oscar had.

Who was Marg chasing? Floyd. Margarito want it what Floyd had.

Did Cotto do even a 1% of what Margarito did to make a Floyd fight happen? Hell no. If Cotto want it the top spot. He could have made somewhat of an effort.

If Cotto would have made an effort to make the fight happen. Like all these other fighters who did and Floyd would have made up the "excuses" then by all means I would call it a duck. But, Cotto made zero effort to making such fight happen. Hence why it wasn't a duck.

To put it all on Floyd. Is F'ing idiotic/hating/nuthugging. That's all it is.
what did cotto have to do to get a fight with floyd? ambush him in public and whack him over the head with a steel chair? the guy was a big star and the best available contender for floyd to fight. what more do you want him to do? he said numerous times he would like the fight but because he didn't do it in demonstrative fashion it doesn't count? this fight didn't need any fake hype. everyone in boxing wanted to see it already.

cotto was probably the third biggest star in boxing at that point and floyd didn't want to fight him because he lived too far away, wasn't the CEO of his own company, and wasn't a ppv star. how is that not ducking?

When Cotto beat Mosley and Floyd beat Hatton, that was the fight to be made, period, is not rocket science!!!
Well duh. But, it's hard to make the fight happen when the Gomez/Clottey(ended up being Gomez) fight is about to be done just weeks later.

When was Cotto avialable? A few weeks after the Floyd-Hatton fight? Good god...Prior to Floyd-Hatton, Clottey was brought up as Cotto next opponent. Then after Floyd-Hatton fight. Clottey and Gomez(after disposing of a shot to pieces Gatti RIP) was brought up as Cotto next opponents. As soon as the new year Cotto-Gomez was done for April. Right before Cotto-Gomez it was agreed that if both Cotto and Margarito were victorious that both would fight each other next in the summer.

Yes you're right. Floyd after beating Hatton Floyd had like a 3 week window give or take a week to get the Cotto fight done. Since Cotto was only available for that short period of time.

floyd chose to fight hatton, a guy who had been fighting at 140, over cotto, the undefeated best WW in the world behind mayweather. . . draw your own conclusions. . .

The weight difference on fight night between Pacquiao and Martinez would be ridiculous. I believe that Martinez weighed 170 on fight night against Dzinziruk, whereas Manny weighed in around 148 against Mosley. The boxing public should not hold this against Manny. It's ridiculous.

Floyd, on the other hand, is much closer to Martinez in weight. I think that he should be held accountable for fighting Martinez. That is, if a Pacquiao fight doesn't come to fruition.
