yeh i agree he's not ready to beat the likes of cotto (and there's no way theyd move him up to face a 160 guy like martinez when essentially hes been facing natural 147s, and tomato cans at that.) but i also agree with matey boy up there, if he's the champ (which i'm not even sure he is) then he has to fight the best. outside cotto the light-middle division has turned very weak in the last six months and you'd have to say angulo still represents the sternest test, followed probably and reluctantly by k9.

Wolak is dangerous even if Canelo beats him it wouldn't be worth the punishment he might take. Wolak has experience, a super chin and an iron will to win.... you don't put 20 year olds in the ring with that kind of guy

i agree with everything you said about wolak, but he's a pretty ****ty boxer and even though i'm not a big canelo fan i guarantee he'd destroy him.

cotto is looking less sharp than he did before pac and marg but ur statements still pretty wrong. i think canelo would have a shot but wolak not good enough, lara no where near tested enough to make such an assumption, angulo and molina have both already lost to lesser opponents than cotto ... doesn't make sense.

Cotto is washed why do you think he has been fighting other washed up fighters like Mayorga and Margarito(his next fight) instead of real opponents? For gods sake it took him 9 rounds to finish a 1 legged bum, Yuri Foreman.

Lara Molina Wolak Cintron Canelo Rhodes and Trout are 1000x better than Margarito and Mayorga. Cotto and Arum now that Cotto simply isn't good enough to fight at that level that's why they keep dusting off retired fighters.
